This place is horrible, so I asked for two pop cups..ok I had one dog and they said the other dog has to be here so I said, ok I'll pay for another one, they charge me for $2.50 exactly a little doth of whip cream so I asked nicely, can I please have just a little more, they were so rude wanted to charge me for a small dot of whip cream $0.75. The manager was even more rude than the employees.. by the way they should know that customers can sometimes hear what they are saying behind the window and how disrespectful they are to the customers.

my sundae was completely melted when they handed only 2 it to us after we sat in the drive thru waiting forever (only 2 cars ahead of us). this is what you call a large sundae? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Blitzer's are addicting. It is hard to drive by the "Queen" without stopping.
Waited 5 mins at the drive thru. We asked what was going on and got no response so we left. Didn’t even bother to take our order.

The manager here is unprofessional. I'm not sure how you decide to send emails to young kids looking for a job, telling them to show up between 1-3pm on Friday and Saturdays yet your not there to conduct the interview! The very least you could have done was have someone stand in your place, or email them and tell them that the interviews were canceled. I can only imagine how many more things you drop the ball on, if something this simple can escape you!
