Stopped by at 6:46 on March 23, they had closed despite the sign saying open till 7. We knocked, the 2 girls inside just glared at us and went back to counting the registers.

Not having had anything all day, I decided to treat myself Dairy Queen blizzard in lieu of "real" food. I stopped at the outlet mall as it was on my way to the area of town I was going. First time to this location and wow waited 7 mintues before anyone came into the front of the store. I feel customer service is a very important thing with any business. I ordered the blizzard and stood to the side tp wait for my drink. In a short time, a young woman brought me the blizzard and turned it upside down to show it was a good solid cup of ice cream with the fixings. If anything drops out, the next blizzard is free. I enjoyed the caloric rich soft ice cream mixed. The place was clean.

Once you navigate the long line and avoid the girls with all sorts of payment problems (no cash, failing credit cards), Orange Julius has freezing drinks and dipped ice cones. Got a butterscotch cone that was tasty. They have AC and great staff.Delicious.Rebel review: 4.5

Horrible place! Customer service is horrible. People with pessimism oozing through their attitude. Ice cream and banana splits were eh. Get it together guys! At least you have a job!
