Dairy Queen (Treat)

Haven't had an Orange Julius in years. My mom used to love them, so I had to get one in her memory. Was a little bit of a line, but the guys working were doing a good job. I got a medium Orginal Julius. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the drink. Was a tad watery and didn't have the foamy texture nor taste. It wasn't horrible, but just a tad of a letdown. This place is located downstairs in the Excaliburs game room.

I love Dairy Queen and this place is not good! This is how my blizzard was handed to me. Totally terrible. Did not meet expectations at all. So disappointed!

Prices are double what you would pay at a normal place. $14 for a large smoothie!

Staff was very nice, ordered inside to use the app, little to no wait took very fast for my food to come out

I gave this one start because it was $20. 57 for two SMALL blizzards. It’s no different than a Dairy Queen in your home town, just a Vegas premium. Absolutely disgusting on the prices.

Had a coupon off the app. I was told they don’t have a scanner, so I said well it offers a 5 digit code. Cashier said ok. I hit button to redeem and it didn’t work. She said “sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t.” Then proceeded to say they are franchised and not corporate. I argued that my coupon is now void and she called over manager who said same thing. We don’t take coupons-we are franchise and not corporate. I argued again and he took one off the bill. However. They clearly have signs in MORE than one place at this location saying: WEEKLY DEALS DOWNLOAD APP, yet they won’t honor them. So why have the signs????Also, prices are more than other locations AND the blizzards were not mixed well and had barely any treats in them. I felt like my blizzard had one mini health bar blended in and same with snickers. Usually they ate generous, but not at this location.Counters were dirty and employees weren’t exactly those who would be in “hospitality” biz.

The ice cream was expensive because it was inside of the casino, and they don't carry chocolate ice cream. Why have the majority of DQ's in Las Vegas stopped carrying chocolate ice cream now? A small chocolate Sunday was almost 10$
