I came over 40 minutes before closing, and they refused to make a Julius because they already cleaned the blenders and didn’t want to clean them again. They were also turning away other people that wanted Julius or other fruit drinks due to their refusal of wanting to clean up for the night again. The employee at the counter was very rude, giving me an attitude as - after I asked why they couldn’t make it - he said that he just couldn’t make it and gave no further explanation. On top of all of this, they left the place filthy and made blizzards for themselves while refusing other guests.

Decided not to go here upon seeing how dirty the floor and walls were.

This is not upto the normal DQ quality. The 3 vanilla cones we bought had very thin consistency and were priced double as well.

The locator on Google maps is actually incorrect, though it kind of points you in the correct direction. It's actual location is downstairs (somewhat basement I guess?) by the arcade. The staff here were really awesome and we're able to get us taken care of pretty quickly despite the crowd.

Price gauging insane significantly more than a normal DQ.. drink same price as an alcoholic one in vegas.

We lucked out having a DQ in our hotel! Safe to say most of our money got spent here! 😄 was my first time having DQ and I’m a lifelong fan now! Staff were friendly and DQ has now ruined all other ice creams for me now ❤️

Generous portions, fast and friendly service, military discount, included free cup of ice water, and prices weren't the inflated Vegas figures I expected. $20 for a large and a small blizzard. Only negative is the blizzard ingredients weren't mixed as thoroughly as I would have liked, with about the bottom third being plain vanilla ice cream with no cheesecake, graham crackers, or strawberry filling

We believe the man behind the counter took a copy of my wife's debit card. He pretended it wouldn't swipe, and then “entered it manually,” awkwardly concealing his actions. I was pretty sure he'd copied it and was already planning to close the card, but my wife started receiving extremely customized and specific phishing texts and phone calls from her “bank” a few hours later. I'm pursuing this legally, but wanted to leave a review in a public place so that people don't fall for the ruse, as it happened on 2/18/25, and he's presumably still there.

I have contacted DQ Corporate as requested.

Wanted a quick snack while walking through Excalibur. Found this in the arcade area. It’s a quick treat dq. Rell working the counter was solo managing multiple customers but remained professional and delightful. Thank you for your hard work.

Haven't had an Orange Julius in years. My mom used to love them, so I had to get one in her memory. Was a little bit of a line, but the guys working were doing a good job. I got a medium Orginal Julius. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the drink. Was a tad watery and didn't have the foamy texture nor taste. It wasn't horrible, but just a tad of a letdown. This place is located downstairs in the Excaliburs game room.
