This has been my neighborhood Dairy Queen decided to come in for a treat unfortunately you get less for more 6 dollars a cone and this is what you get. Quality and quantity definitely not here anymore

Went in for a blizzard and a hot fudge sundae the girl behind the Counter was OK but the girl that made my items was very rude. Only put hot fudge on one side and the ice cream was melted. Had to throw it away And I only live about a mile and a half away.?

We arrived here at 11:45, to order food and a blizzard. There was one employee working who was pleasant. However, when we attempted to place an order we were told that their fryer was not on. So 45 minutes after they opened, they were not ready to serve food. We were told it would take 30 minutes to heat up. We ordered a blizzard, it took a few minutes for it. At least the blizzard tasted pretty good. I would have the employees to focus on time management and the customer experience.
Didn't take my order at 9PM, Sunday 6/23, we came in at 8:55 with 2 other groups at the same time, we were the last group in line, they took the other 2 groups orders and when we got up to order it was 9PM and said sorry we are closed. I understand you close at 9. If you wouldn't have taken the other 2 groups that came in with us or if it was said from the moment we walked in that you can't provide the service, then it wouldn't of been such a big deal. How much longer would it have taken to make 3 blizzards. This is what happens when your staff doesn't understand that without business, there's no job or simply your staff doesn't care, maybe they had something more important to do on Sunday after 9 pm. Your staff lost an $18 sale for 5 min of their time, we went around the corner and saved half of what we would have spent at your place driving past your place on our way home and your staff was still there. Remember, you have competition, loyalty not valued. If you're losing customers, don't wonder too much of what may be the cause.

Great food and service bit the owner leaves a lot to be desired. I buy 4 to 6 boxes of dilly bars at a time and had a problem with him personally a few trips ago. I asked the young lady to have him call me when he came in later to count his daily money and he never did!!! I know that he got my message. Poor business man!!!

Dairy Queen on 7715 south rainbow in La Vegas Nevada in Friday at 3:15 pm, the employees were so rude, really rude I bought 4 blizzards and I paid for all 4 and they only give me 3 and 20 minutes later, the excuse of the 2 girls and a guy employees was they only have 3 people working so it’s not my fault they don’t have enough people working you have to make sure the costumer it’s satisfied and get the order as soon as possible not 20 minutes later it’s a fast food restaurant, I’m never going to go back to that Dairy Queen where the employees don’t know nothing about costumer service, they have bad atttitude and they’re so rude with everybody 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
