Just wanted to give props to this Franchise Operator and/or Store Manager for actually responding to Google reviews and not just letting the corporate team do it. Im a former DQ General Manager and I highly respect an active operator/management team finding ways to make it right for customers or if unable to, at least to explain the reasons why things weren't right during their visit/experience. I never have met this owner (I know/worked with most of the owners in vegas), but just wanted to say kudos! I've stopped by your shop a few times and although its a bit outdated decor wise, its still seems like a decent location. Thats all!

Ordered a cake for today and came in late to get it. The cake didn't have the piping on it, so I had to wait for the girl to do it, then they didn't even thaw it out. Just a wonderful way to end of my younger brother's birthday :/

Right on! Get what you pay for... ordered 2 heath bar blizzards... excellent! Had to been at least 2 heath bars in each blizzard. Great customer service on top.

This has been my neighborhood Dairy Queen decided to come in for a treat unfortunately you get less for more 6 dollars a cone and this is what you get. Quality and quantity definitely not here anymore

Went in for a blizzard and a hot fudge sundae the girl behind the Counter was OK but the girl that made my items was very rude. Only put hot fudge on one side and the ice cream was melted. Had to throw it away And I only live about a mile and a half away.?
