Just wanted to give props to this Franchise Operator and/or Store Manager for actually responding to Google reviews and not just letting the corporate team do it. We arrived here at 11:45, to order food and a blizzard. There was one employee working who was pleasant. However, when we attempted to place an order we were told that their fryer was not on. So 45 minutes after they opened, they were not ready to serve food. We were told it would take 30 minutes to heat up. We ordered a blizzard, it took a few minutes for it. At least the blizzard tasted pretty good. I would have the employees to focus on time management and the customer experience.
Great food and service bit the owner leaves a lot to be desired. I buy 4 to 6 boxes of dilly bars at a time and had a problem with him personally a few trips ago. I asked the young lady to have him call me when he came in later to count his daily money and he never did!!! I know that he got my message. Poor business man!!!
