Dairy Queen (Treat)

I stopped by this Dairy Queen on January 26th around 7:30 PM, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. The employee working the counter was wearing sunglasses at night, had a hood pulled up, and the smell of marijuana was extremely strong. It created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere, and it definitely didn’t feel like a place that takes customer service seriously. I expect better standards from any business, especially one serving ice cream.

They are willing to customize order to your liking and they do it with a smile.

The place has done a complete 180 since I last came there’s seems to be new management and the employees are super nice and and helpful and the blizzards are just delicious

Excellent service. I went there earlier and the young man serving us was quick and efficient.

This place is gross! The young people do not give a crap when making orders incorrectly over and over. Way too many items are microwaved making an unhealthy choice 10 times worse.

Customer service is beyond bad here, they closed their store at 10pm when it says 10:30pm online and the guy was rude and told us there’s no manager and he knows nothing about a managers phone number

A bunch of confused workers, funny to watch

Please don’t eat here. These employees are not following health and safety standards. Walked out after watching employees touch hair, no gloves, handle raw food barehanded, etc.

I enjoy their cones. The staff could use retraining in customer service. I ordered a large cone and a large double dipped cone. The large cone was delivered quickly but the dipped cone took a long time as they were made by separate employees. When the cone was delivered the ice cream was running down the side of the cone and was a real mess. I refused the cone and they made a new one that I accepted even though it wasn’t double dipped.

Mothers Day and we took Mom's car out for a drive to DQ for our daughter. Waited 30 minutes. Lady was nice enough but only her and 1 kid working. Too many orders with no help. This place is going downhill..

Not like this place needs another bad review but man it SUCKSSS
we came in one time, the machines were down, waited 15 minutes, nothing so we left
Came back again, NOTHING, no one came up to the register, they peered over and said nothing and continued whatever. And it wasn’t busy, no one else was in the store. Waited 15 minutes, nothing still.
Third time; same happened as the second time, but after 10 minutes a guy came up and explained it’ll be 25 minutes due to him being alone with a ton of mobile orders. Poor dude was SWAMPED.
Needs better management, attention, and just overall service
