I enjoy their cones. The staff could use retraining in customer service. I ordered a large cone and a large double dipped cone. The large cone was delivered quickly but the dipped cone took a long time as they were made by separate employees. When the cone was delivered the ice cream was running down the side of the cone and was a real mess. I refused the cone and they made a new one that I accepted even though it wasn’t double dipped.
Went in one night and I was assisted with Jaylah. She was the most sweetest worker and very helpful. She took her time with helping me and my coupons. She got my food and blizzards ready in no time and her service was outstanding. Love coming to this DQ and having great and fast customer service all the time.
DQ is our favorite place to grab our ice cream from but have the standards changed ? Cone was already melting when handed to me, scoops weren't stacked on top of each other correctly, and that top was sinking into itself as the pictures display. Don't get me wrong it was still delicious, but in the presentation and atmosphere was not delivered to their customer at this location.
