Dairy Queen (Treat)

We went in 4 mins before closing on accident and the two workers were still able to get us our cones and sundae. We really appreciate that they still served us and felt so bad for coming in so late and close to closing!

A dirty, unpleasant place. I threw out my ice cream after two spoonfuls when I saw a cockroach! Disgusting place.

Place has been here forever. It's clean and serves DQ fair at, I guess, fair prices for today's economy. Staff was ok, not real friendly, but competent.

I get asked if I want extra toppings twice even tho i didnt ask get charged just for them not to add literally a teaspoon of toppings. I call thinking they would help but instead tell me they tell me it was a new girl in training so yea sorry. When I asked why I get charged for something I didnt get? they tell me there was nothing they could do call the main boss on Friday or sat if I wanted. Then I ask for a name and get told by the so called manager that she can't provide it! I get they hire young people but they should teach them better or hand out name badges or something. I might not have gotten a refund from them or anything but thats one of the benefits of using your card when making purchases.

Came in for 4 smoothies and 2 of them were just melted mess as soon as they were given to us.

I went to Dairy Queen because I’ve been seeing so many advertisements about the Superman cake batter cookie dough blizzard. So me and my sister went out there and I ordered it however, when I received my blizzard and tasted it, it tasted nothing like cake batter. I have had many treats that are flavored with cake batter syrup and what not and this treat was tasting just like vanilla ice cream with some blue dye. So I go back up to the register and I let them know “hey is there anyway for me to get a refund?” and one of the workers tells me oh well that one isn’t really all that flavorful. How was I supposed to know second off doesn’t matter your advertisement says, cake batter and cookie dough. The cookie dough is here, the cake batter is not, I wanna refund. Dairy Queen needs to do better with giving out a proper recipe because vanilla ice cream is not cake batter. Thankfully, the worker called his boss and refunded me my money but those two cents of the employee was not needed. Why because advertisement and title, shows that it’s cake batter it says nothing about lack of flavor and when I was ordering, no one told me oh by the way, it doesn’t really taste like cake batter.

Orange Julius smoothie was okay. Worth a visit.

Creatively, refreshingly delicious!

Was on a different side of town and stopped in because of my recent Tik Tok scrollings. Two young ladies assisted me with creating what I saw. So friendly and courteous. Thank you for bringing me a smile today.

Everything we ordered was horrible. We ordered a banana split and a slushy and the banana split was missing ingredients and the slushy was watery tasted like cold water with sugar!! I told the high school kid working there and He said thats how they all are! I told him thats not true not my first slushy smh!!!! Had to toss it!!. It's a bunch of young kids working messing around in the back. I love dairy queen but this is the worst location i ever been to!! smelly and dirty as well. Owners must not care!!! Will not give another chance!!

We just passed by and got a Royal New York Cheesecake. You’d think that there’s pieces of cheesecake like every other Dairy Queen queen blizzard but not this one. This isn’t the first time that they don’t put cheesecake pieces. I mixed it and got 1 piece before I left thinking oh this time they did put some but nope after a couple bites didn’t get another. That’s so annoying.
