We go here every weekend and today they had changed their ice cream I am sure to cut cost. Instead of the pure white soft serve ice cream that Dairy Queen is known for in the past they now buy this harder ice cold version that isn’t even close to the original ice cream so we will no longer be getting our ice cream cones from this location. Such a shame in order to save a couple of bucks.

You never disappoint on the blizzards. Come at least 3-4 times a month. We have never had waited too long for our order. Lobby are has always been clean.

Tried a small caramel sundae with nuts. Yum. Definitely satiated the ice cream craving. Was the perfect size not too much, just right. Service was friendly, fast. It was really cold inside so ate it outside. However there is no outside seating.

I would like to leave a word of advice for the employees at this West Lake Mead Dairy Queen. When a customer leaves you a tip you should always say THANK YOU! Customers do not have to tip! I always do because when I was younger I worked in the service industry and understand how important tips are. I left a 20% cash tip for my order and the male employee just dropped it in the tip jar and said nothing. Then he took his sweet time in bringing me my order. And this location is not exactly the cleanest DQ in town either. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.
I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful establishment. The ice cream is good, the claw machine is generous. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their children out for a nice frozen treat and not break the bank.

There was a sign on the counter that said " take home a quart of chocolate soft serve $5" So I pointed to the sign and asked the nice lady behind the counter for the court of chocolate soft serve. It rings up as $9 and change, So I asked her if it's $5 and the tax adds up to 9. She reads the sign, sees that it's $5 and tells me that it's ringing up as $8 and the tax adds up to $9. No recognition that that's not the price that's being marketed, no adjustment to charge me with the sign said it costs, just prompting for payment. I just walked out after that.

Nightmare long waits. Huge lines. Kids working here who are clueless and move in slow motion. And filthy dirty. It never changes, after being here three times. Never again!

I just went to this DQ, picked up some blizzards, and when I got home, the blizzards were runny ☹. I only live 6 min away. It didn't hold up to the upside down test.
