The drive thru line was ri-DQ-lous (ha ha.......) but seriously. I waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me for this teensy tiny SIX DOLLAR cup of ice cream.
Won't be making the mistake of coming here again.

(For the record the employees looked like they were working their butts off and this is likely an example of corporate/franchisee greed with high prices and an understaffed location)

Paid $10 for a salad and got back to the hotel without dressing or utensils. Would’ve been different if I was at home but a hotel room has no resources.

This place needs some help. It is on the cusp of being good (not great…just good) but there are a few things holding them back.
First, you need more employees. Saw one guy up front working his butt off trying to fill orders. To say it was chaotic for him would be an understatement.
Second, the chicken baskets we ordered (three of them) all had old chicken in them. Not even close to fresh. Fries were soggy as well.
Third, and last thing, the seating area of the restaurant needed a cleaning. As we waited for our to go order, it was clear the tables had not been cleaned in quite some time.
I feel all of this could be solved with getting people hired/trained. If that’s a problem, management should look to themselves to see what kind of culture they find acceptable.

Zero stars tonight! Ordered 2 pb cup blizzards through uber eats and got 2 cups of melted vanilla ice cream. What a bummer. I order all the time from there and this never happens. The employee who answered told me I could come in (9:16pm) and have it remade or seek a refund through uber eats……… thanks.

When your order is right, the food is good. You can't really mess up a blizzard, but my food order has been wrong a couple times. It's not the end of the world and the location is convenient. Staff is pretty friendly, and the wait times so far haven't been too long.

The inconsistencies with this location always make me hesitant to come back. I understand that hot food is cooked to order, but those just getting ice cream have to wait forever instead of having hot food folks pull up to the front. I ordered a small blizzard and they gave me a large which I paid for before seeing it or the receipt, then they asked if I still wanted it. I just paid for it, no, please take it back and give me a small even though I paid for a large. The price for the value does not match anymore.
