The food wasn't cooked all the way, and the manager (Ashton) mistreats his staff constantly from what I observed. There is no human decency when being spoken to. To me it seems like their management is their issue. Once that's fixed I hope they'll do better.

Just driving along, kind of minding my own business and my husband suggests going to DQ. We discovered that their cheeseburgers are fantastic! Fries weren't bad either.

Ordered chicken finger basket which comes with fries and texas toast got home and found out they had left out the toast. Give me what I paid for, double check the order.

The fact that they don't take their own DQ gift cards is crazy to me. Why sell them if you can't use them?
Blizzard is literally chocolate milkUpdate: last review was July so I gave them benefit of the doubt, came today in November and same thing , ice cream soup. And they put a regular drink lid on it so they don’t have to flip it upside down.

Sometimes a Delicious Banana Split is a nice way to end a week. DQ has the best Banana Splits in town! It's decadent, yet it has Bananas so it had to be Healthy! The Chicken Fingers and Fries at DQ are a nice lunch combo. This is my neighborhood restaurant and it's important to show local businesses some support!Thanks to Emilio for the Quick, Professional service.Recommend!!

I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket that comes with 4 strip’s fries toast and gravy. But instead I got 4 strips of chicken fries a small portion of gravy and no toast . The gravy was only enough for one strip ! Do i recommend this location no I don’t.

Customer service is horrible. They don’t even take the app or any coupons smh this might be my last time buying & supporting Dairy Queen.
It was a magical evening when I had this handsome lanky fellow named Romer, with his brown sparkling eyes glistening at me when he took my order. I never felt so star tinkled when someone took my order. 10/10 service would ask for him again. As well as the well built man Emilio made me the best fries and chicken strips I had. I rate this one golden twinkle star.

Being so close to my house, DQ is a reasonable place to stop at for a quick meal, or alternatively, when you have an insatiable and relentless craving for ice cream!Areas to improve apon:▪︎Some days, it really hits the spot perfectly. However, other times, I wonder whether the cooks use the same recipes.⁵▪︎DQ's drive-through line is like molasses. By the time you're done waiting, you've lost your desire overall...▪︎Consistency within those who work there; I've literally been greeted at the window by a guy who began to serenade me with relevant responses... like we lived inside a real-time musical...Then there were those who appeared as though they wanted nothing more but to witness a slow and painful torture session with me in place of the subject...Then there were the times no one even bothered to come to the window at all, but managed to waste my time none the less!Yeah... consistency in the quality of service, food preparation, and obtaining the desire to persevere. Take the endeavor to aim towards a higher customer satisfaction rating would be refreshingly ideal.When things are done done properly, it's good! However, "good" clearly translates into - just enough to return another time, lol... therefore, it couldn't really be that bad, now could if? As mentioned, the inconsistencies are what have me thinking twice.I see a new employee each time I visit, which isn't helpful overall. Turnaround seems the only constant coming out of that Dairy Queen... oh, and a very consistently delicious Cookie Bar blizzard blast thingamajig! ? (If unaware... It's cookie dough and cookies n cream mixed...mmmmm... definitely recommended!)
