Abysmally small chicken strips. They loaded four of these bad boys into my chicken strip basket meal and called it a day. A double whammy when you factor in how much they are charging for these underdeveloped chicken strips. Let's not waste each other's time.

This DQ is hands-down my favorite. The customer service? Always top-tier. The team here is friendly, fast, and genuinely kind—like they actually enjoy making your day better (and your Blizzard thicker).
Whether I’m swinging by for a quick burger, a crispy chicken strip basket, or just giving in to my soft-serve cravings, they never miss. The food is hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you need a comfort fix. And the treats? Let’s just say the Oreo Blizzard has healing properties.
They’ve also got great deals that make it easy to treat the whole crew without breaking the bank. And even when there’s a line, they move with purpose and keep the good vibes flowing.
It’s the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood staple—reliable, cheerful, and always worth the stop. If you’re in Southern Highlands and haven’t been yet, go. If you have? You already know. This DQ is the real deal.

OMG! This place blew me away! First time eating here and I don’t regret it. The french fries were fresh, crisp, and perfectly salted. The burger was hot, tender, and had great flavor. The chicken strips were the star of the show, REAL MEAT, crispy, tender, moist, extremely well seasoned. Ending it with a chocolate sundae, which was velvet smooth, rich, and creamy.

Terrible drive-thru experience. When taking my order, I had to repeat myself multiple times because the employee wasn’t paying attention and clearly had no interest in doing so. I ordered two Blizzards, and when I politely asked which was which, she said, “You can look at them and try to guess,” with total apathy and zero regard for the customer.
Inside, staff were playing around and carrying on instead of focusing on their jobs. The overall attitude felt intentionally rude and confrontational, like they simply didn’t care. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of unprofessionalism was too blatant to ignore.
Even more troubling, the employee’s attitude was so apathetic and antagonistic that it genuinely made me question potential food safety issues that could be intentional or unintentional. When staff show this level of disregard for basic service, it’s hard to trust that food safety is being taken seriously. Management needs to take this seriously and intervene quickly.

Gotta be one of the worst DQ locations we've been through... the lady who gave the blizzard jusr hand us over a watery ice cream.. when we asked, is this supposed to be like this? She responded well it gonna take so long to fix the machine! Can you believe she said that! Instead of telling us from the begginning that the machine is not ready, she still gave us a watery blizzard at that quality of food... she might as well give us credit and not give us a watery damn ice cream!!!! Terrible service... gotta be so stupid to give such quality of food.... stupid at its finest!!

The workers need to understand that not everyone knows their menu. Sometimes, we need a minute to figure out what we want, especially when we have children with us.
Nevaeh was so helpful and kind. She's definitely a wonderful member of your team while also being a valuable asset to your company.

This Dairy Queen in my neighborhood across the street from where I live is the best Dairy Queen more organized, most clean most up-to-date I have ever seen in my life a very place to enjoy yourself and have the best food and a chill time. These people are the best.
