The food and ice cream are good. It's clean every time I've been there. The only problem is how long it takes to get your order, 10 minutes easy for any order.

Came to the window and asked a question. Was cut off mid sentence and then told to wait. After about a 3 minute wait the employee working asked if I was ready to order. However it was asked in a very rude way as if he didn’t want to help me. Also no apology for the wait time and yeah the lack of enthusiasm was disappointing to witness. Bad customer service and this was enough to have me drive off and not spend any money at this location.

Sat, Nov 23, 7ish - Staff was amazing! Came because I had just opened my mail & had never used a coupon before. Was in PJs with my service dog and had cravings for a burger (never had a DQ burger, just drive-thru frosty treats). Staff was super patient & explained how the coupons work. There was some delay with the food, but the staff offered a pup cup. And walked me and my dog out to the door! It felt like a fine-dining experience (I work in fine-dining).

PLEASE, to the manager… Either you train hospitality OR you did a great job on hiring good people! Please acknowledge them.

And, yes, our first DQ burger was worth the wait!

I got an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday here. Even though they couldn’t find my online order, Ryan was so helpful and kind and fixed the situation so fast. He made sure to write on the cake exactly how I wanted, whichever color I wanted, and even offered to sing happy birthday to my boyfriend. Love this dq

Thirty minutes trapped in the purgatory of their drive-thru—idling in a metal coffin while the sun cooked my brain. Finally, a disembodied voice tells me to pull up and park out front. Another ten minutes ticked away, like a slow bleed of patience and gasoline, until I stormed inside like a half-starved hyena demanding my kill.

Professionalism? Nonexistent. It felt like performance art in customer neglect. No apology, no urgency, just blank stares and melted dignity dripping off the counter. If you want to study the anatomy of disorganization, come here. If you want food in a reasonable human timeline, maybe try literally anywhere else.

This Dairy Queen, run by the folks at Milestone Ventures, is seriously spotless and totally on point. You can just tell they really care about the place. I popped in for a quick treat, and Ryan hooked me up – super friendly, lightning-fast, and made the whole thing a breeze. The service was top-notch, and everything looked fresh and tidy. It's awesome to find a DQ that's actually well-maintained. So, whether you're hankering for a Blizzard or just a little something, this spot is legit. Huge props to the crew (and Ryan, you rock!) for making it such a chill and pleasant stop. I'm definitely hitting this place up again.

My recent visit to Dairy Queen on Friday night with my five-year-old son was incredibly disappointing and frankly, inappropriate. We were hoping for a pleasant evening ice cream treat, but the atmosphere was completely ruined by the explicit music the staff was playing.
The volume was high, and the lyrics were undeniably not suitable for a public establishment, let alone for young children to hear.

Ordered a birthday cake 2 days ago online, went to pick it up and they never made it. Unprofessional.

Came it at 8:50pm on 5/11/25. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes until I walked out. All the employees we're playing on their phones or joking around the guy running the drive thru was cursing and saying the N word to another employee. Very unprofessional staff.
