Very poorly run location. Ice cream orders are slow, food orders are extremely slow. Soda machine out of ice and all diet options. Staff is barely awake and seems unhappy. Probably under staffed, needs two more employees. Angry customers keep honking horns in the drive thru. Try the location on Pecos and Windmill by Vons instead.

Still the worst fast food place on St. Rose. Completely in competent staff, who are unable to communicate or read instructions.

I just had a banana-split here today. I'd give a 4. I must say I was disappointed by D.Q's version of a traditional banana-split. And to top it off (pun intended) there are no cherries! What makes D.Q. think they can change a very traditional standard? The rest of it really wasn't that good either. I think ill right a review.

I ordered a medium blizzard and maybe I’m crazy but I’m pretty sure it was a size down from what I usually get when I order medium. And then after getting a pathetic amount of ice cream for $9, they charged me $3.09 for a small water which was for my dogs. Insane. I will not be going there again.

We have been to this location many times, as we live right up the street. I have to comment that every time we have been there, or gone through the drive-thru, the staff seems unhappy, like they don't want to be there. Many times they have been simply rude. That definitely needs to be rectified. Our food has been fine, for the most part, until the other night. Our blizzards were all messed up, but we were already home.

First Orange JULIUS had a hair in it. The replacement was runny and was too sweet to drink. Went to another DQ the next day and they were acting like we were trying to pull a scam on them or something. Smiling as we were explaining what had happened. Then told us we had to go back to the store that made it. I said no that’s ok. I thought it would be better to warn people about them instead.

The ice cream is disgusting. Worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I could post pictures as proof but it’s better for everyone if I don’t.
The ice cream was gritty and tasted off. Facility looked filthy.

We love it No More will my granddaughter or family will ever eat here until that combative Manager is fired The girl made my granddaughter blizard it was dripping from the side from the start it should've had dome lid on it she's a kid I told the manager I would buy it she would not give me a lid I heard of Policies but what policies has employees Is arguing and being combated with customers and it wasn't only me but she also was questioning a couple A Gentleman and lady that came in there with their service animal and She was saying that the service tags were fake that he bought that on Amazon I heard Her tell The Man that It was fake and that he got It from Amazon This is the second time I have been to that store and both times I've given her the benefit of the doubt but this last time if you guys are that hard up for lids spoon straws I said I would pay for it rude lady and the guy came out not knowing what going on yelling like he has Authority over someone My family and the rest of my family's family will not be eating at this establishment we take our family our children or grandkids to your family establishment not to be harassed abused and we're not looking for drama from your employee We're looking for service that we paid for I wasn't asking for anything free.
Had to go to Sonic's to get an ice cream with the dome on it keep your domes I will save my money and your chicken suck now cheap like we didn't notice you change the chicken strip You shrunk the chicken strip And you hire your prices and Dairy Queen shame on you Dairy Queen shame on you are so goddamn stingy with your lids and your straws and your napkins and everything else keep cutting corners you lost my business. I used to be so proud of this Dairy Queen I will never go into this establishment again thank you for making my granddaughter cry I hate you guys.
