A crazy take, but if you're just going for a blizzard.. which you should be, then it's fire. Overpriced of course, but it's a chain restaurant in 2025 sooo... Oh and of course it's slow, but that cheap quality blizzard always hits different so it's worth the wait.

Don't generally eat fast food, but if i do, this is my go-to place. Great value, generous portions and cooked to order. But the real reason I go is for the Blizzards.

The fact that they ask for tips at the drive thru is appalling. It's a drive thru. Then, after waiting for a long time, they hand us over melted sundaes drenched in sauce, when we'd asked for light sauce. Bad experience all around, plus their new ice cream recipe is awful. It's all air.

Their Royal Cheesecake Blizzards are amazing! But, their prices keep going up & the cup sizes keep getting smaller! I used to go there all the time & now, unfortunately, I can only go every once in a while.

I'm not writing this review to be upset, but rather to provide some helpful feedback on my drive-thru experience today, as the entire process seemed to have some systemic issues. It started with a five-minute wait at the speaker, without a greeting, just to place my order. There were no cars behind me and only one ahead at the window. After finally ordering my simple meal—a sandwich, fries, and an ice cream—I paid and then proceeded to wait for several more minutes at the pickup window.

The main issue began when the window associate then asked me to pull forward to wait, stating that others behind me were waiting for their food. I replied that I was also waiting and had already been waiting for a significant amount of time at both the speaker and the window. When I explained that I preferred to wait in the line, as that's how a drive-thru works, a manager then came to the window and insisted I move.

The purpose of a drive-thru is its sequential, first-come-first-served nature. Asking a customer to leave the line disrupts that flow, especially when their order is delayed to prioritize another placed after theirs. This experience suggests an inability to manage the process or set realistic internal service times. This ultimately led me to request a refund, which was also a slow process.

For what it's worth, I went to a competitor across the parking lot which was visibly busier, and I was able to order and receive the same meal in about two minutes without pulling forward. It just highlights that the system here may need some review to improve efficiency and the customer experience or perhaps a refresh in management.

Long waits, poor service, expensive! Fed up and will not come here ever again! After waiting for 10+ mns with no one else in there. A small dipped cone was almost $5.

I’d like to thank the assistant manager (I didn’t catch her name, but I believe it was Trish or Tish) for helping me with my mobile order. I was having some trouble placing it, and she resolved the issue quickly and without any hassle. Great service!

SOOOO SLOW!!

Waiting in line forever and moved 1 car length. Thank goodness there was noone behind me so I was able to leave instead of being in line for an hour...

This is the second time I have been to this location and the first time took forever. When I got to the window last time I saw 4 employees sitting around and playing on their phones and 1 person working. Not sure where the manager was.

Unfortunate thing. Their ice cream is good but not that good.

Time is money, get it together please.
