The young boy making the ice cream cones took a nice big dump came right out of the stall did not wash his hands and went right back to making ice cream cones.... Is pretty disgusting..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! CAME IN TO GET SOMETHING SWEET. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, ORDERED BLIZZARD WAS AMAZING, CLEAN DINNING AREA. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY DESERVES RECOGNITION. DROVE OUT OF OUR WAY TO COME OVER TO THIS LOCATION AND TRY IT BECAUSE WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE WARM SPRINGS LOCATION. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

The worst ever. There was a mobile order placed that took 40 minutes to fulfill. Every order came out before ours. Ice cream melted. No one had on hair nets. Hair is shoulder length or longer for all employees. There's about 7 people working and no one knows exactly what they are doing. 1 team member had to ask the cashier to assist the guests that were waiting. They were dropping the fries in the basket one at a time. I will never come here again

Ordered an ice cream cone and a fries. The cone came quick but the fries took forever, so long I was able to finish my ice-cream before the fries arrived. I asked for me receipt and they said they didn’t have it. Do better Dairy Queen! There are so many other restaurants to go to. 3/08/25 ordered a med dipped con and got a small and the chocolate dip was thin and soft. We will not return here

Ordered 7 items on door dash. I can understand one item missing .. Two seems a little crazy.. But missing 4 items??!! Someone should get fired. It's 10pm on 2/22, Mr store manager, find out who was working and relieve them of their position...

Was on a Vegas trip. This was my first time visiting DQ in forever. The Frozen Hot Chocolate and Salted Caramel truffle were delish. The service was great, I will definitely go back again whenever I am in the area. The crew that I spoke with were very courteous since it took us a while to order. Thank you Judah, for kindly and informatively answering my questions with a smile.
