We have been to this location many times, as we live right up the street. I have to comment that every time we have been there, or gone through the drive-thru, the staff seems unhappy, like they don't want to be there. Many times they have been simply rude. That definitely needs to be rectified. Our food has been fine, for the most part, until the other night. Our blizzards were all messed up, but we were already home.
First Orange JULIUS had a hair in it. The replacement was runny and was too sweet to drink. Went to another DQ the next day and they were acting like we were trying to pull a scam on them or something. Smiling as we were explaining what had happened. Then told us we had to go back to the store that made it. I said no that’s ok. I thought it would be better to warn people about them instead.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! CAME IN TO GET SOMETHING SWEET. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, ORDERED BLIZZARD WAS AMAZING, CLEAN DINNING AREA. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY DESERVES RECOGNITION. DROVE OUT OF OUR WAY TO COME OVER TO THIS LOCATION AND TRY IT BECAUSE WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE WARM SPRINGS LOCATION. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
