Their Royal Cheesecake Blizzards are amazing! But, their prices keep going up & the cup sizes keep getting smaller! I used to go there all the time & now, unfortunately, I can only go every once in a while.
I’d like to thank the assistant manager (I didn’t catch her name, but I believe it was Trish or Tish) for helping me with my mobile order. I was having some trouble placing it, and she resolved the issue quickly and without any hassle. Great service!
We have been to this location many times, as we live right up the street. I have to comment that every time we have been there, or gone through the drive-thru, the staff seems unhappy, like they don't want to be there. Many times they have been simply rude. That definitely needs to be rectified. Our food has been fine, for the most part, until the other night. Our blizzards were all messed up, but we were already home.
