Use the drive thru because nobody works the counter.

Super slow

Stood around upfront for 15 minutes untill a worker finally came out. Thought about stealing all the ice cream cakes upfront, or walking out with acash register, I mean, who would stop me if no one's keeping an eye on the front of the store.

Laughable experience. Event Sunday 9/15 at 2:15pm. My husband, my two boys and myself walked in and made eye contact with the staff member who walked into the back. We waited for five minutes before walking out, after we left she popped her head back out to make sure we had left. My husband decided to go back in to ask why she felt the need to hide from us and to told her we had waited five minutes. She said she “got busy” - mind you there was NO-ONE else inside and not even one car in the drive thru. She then told my husband that we had not waited 5 minutes and that he was wrong. He kindly asked if there was a supervisor or manager on duty at which time she said she was the manager.

The hilarious part, the entire cooler was empty 🤣 not one cake to sell

I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN TWIST CONES! This location has the
BEST TWIST CONES! The staff at the drive thru are always friendly and kind. I only wish their size medium cone was a bit bigger. The Dairy Queen off of Rainbow has a bigger amount and it's noticeable. I hope the management takes notice of this review and cranks up the size of the medium cones. I'm not beneath begging (ha, ha). Other than that, you guys are great and that creamy mix of vanilla and chocolate is divine! I'll make you a deal, you crank up the size of the medium cone and I'll give you 5 stars.

We order 2 blizzard it was 14$. However it was all vanilla ice cream and a few crumpets of butter finger on top, ridiculous

There was this one tall guy with blonde hair and he was the BEST worker I have encountered here in Dairy Queen for over 2 years but he doesn’t work here anymore . No one does their job . They get upset when you have been waiting forever . When are business owners going to teach customer service ??

I entered this store on May 5th around 6:08 pm. I was alarmed to hear over the sound system music playing that consisted of curse words, derogatory language towards woman, and heavy use of the N word. All of the employees that I saw were African American. After waiting for about three minutes to be acknowledged I was seen by an employee whose name according to the receipt was David. Before he approached to help take my order and before I said anything he went to the back and lowered the music. When he came back I told him what I heard and asked if this type of music was authorized by the franchisee? I said as a white man if I directed the N word towards an African American I could expect to be punched repeatedly in the face and terminated from my employment. He apologized. I’m grateful that I was alone in the restaurant and that no children were present. This can’t be condoned. I’m also dissatisfied with the DQ website as I clicked on their contact us link and filled out a form to contact this owner directly. Unfortunately I was unable to submit the form after downloading a pic of my receipt and filling out the information requested. So my next recourse was to post reviews warning others of my experience at this location.

Excellent lunch or dinner spot. Lots of choices of many items. Great for kids and great location with easy access. Very clean with a restroom.

No one is running the front register had to wait over 8 minutes to be told to wait a minute, how many people does it take to run a drive thru? 4 seems unnecessary

Let me start off by saying the drive through is extremely confusing. There's a pole that says wait here to order... waited five minutes nothing drive to the window... waited another five minutes as soon as the person opens the window they don't great me they say you're messing up our drive through time pull around the back again . 5 cars are behind me so I said no can you please take my order very rude the whole time and I dont understand why. Poor service plus they didn't flip the blizzard and they have bad attitudes. Avoid

Please make sure you are not cross contaminating! I found this black piece of what I’m hoping is an Oreo or brownie at the bottom of my peanut butter shake. So disgusting because who knows where that came from and what other contents were mixed inside of my shake.
