I ordered off an app, and they unfortunately didnt have one of my requested toppings, but the manager Francisco CALLED ME and asked me what I would like instead. The customer service here has always been great whenever we go in or through the drive-thru, but I never expected that level of customer service, let alone when I ordered on an app. 10/10 this place and the people who work there ROCK!

Dairy Queen always has great ice cream. I wanted onion rings. Visiting from out of state, I have my own favorite there. It was okay but not my my favorite. For me, an onion lover, the breading was too thick and doesn't allow the onion taste to come through.

BEST TWIST CONES! The staff at the drive thru are always friendly and kind. I only wish their size medium cone was a bit bigger. The Dairy Queen off of Rainbow has a bigger amount and it's noticeable. I hope the management takes notice of this review and cranks up the size of the medium cones. I'm not beneath begging (ha, ha). Other than that, you guys are great and that creamy mix of vanilla and chocolate...
