Fun place. However, the cheapest pass is 22 dollars and the lowest ticket item is 25. An hour lasted 22 dollars for us. Fun for everyone

Pretty disappointing outing with work mates on a Friday night. I've never been to this adult version of Chuck E Cheese, but probably won't be back. Food was okay bar food. Nothing special. The drink service at the tables was atrocious. Even with an iPad or similar to take orders, they were wrong on several occasions. We weren't told that Happy Hour was ending, so our second round of drinks went up in price by nearly double. Many of the games are fun, but not cheap. They seem to be much shorter versions of ones we used to play in the old days. So you don't get much for what you're paying. Several games need serious maintenance, like the multi-player Pac-Man. Several handles had very poor steering of the player causing you to lose in seconds.

Our server had 2 inch long fake nails which is a health code violation. Also she kept scratching her face without washing her hands. Had to chase her down to get her to serve our table. Then she had the nerve to demand a larger tip. The bathrooms weren't serviced at all.
It was just a really gross experience. And if they can't follow basic health codes, I don't think I'll eat there again.

My boyfriend and I went for a date night. We had a great time and the food was so good. Definitely will be going again. Plus, we have to finish using all of our credits.

We had a good time, but the service was absolutely terrible. We always had to get up and find our server. We had to grab our own plates for the cake out of the busser area and go to the bartender for a lighter. We never got refills we finally had enough and just went to the bartender.

Sat and waited on someone to take our drink order, no one showed for a while, despite a bunch of them standing on the side chatting. The burger I ordered had chopped lettuce in it, nothing like how it's pictured on the menu. I noticed a few of the game machines down, or being repaired, however, I'd probably just go there for games and not the food.

Dave & Busters would do well to train their waitstaff on professionalism. Mainly they could use some guidance on how to MIND THEIR BUSINESS, and REFRAIN from gossiping and slandering their customers!
Service was slow, and waitstaff were snarky.

Omg never have I ever had such terrible service. Made a reservation and was told they don’t do reservations which is fine we got a table. Our server would forget everything. I don’t know how many times we had to ask for little things like ranch or even drinks we ordered. It was getting ridiculous especially since they’re not busy. Order some entrees and they took a long time which is fine until we get our food either super cooked almost burned or super cold. We tell the manager he takes it back and off our bill and ask for the check after all the frustration. Well they try to charge us for drinks we never got. And on top of it gratuity is included on parties of 7 or more which isn’t clearly stated anywhere. So our server who made so many mistakes and had an attitude still got 20%. Well we try to brush it off and go play games. No issues until we decide to take photos in the booth. Only take cash so we go ask for change. Lady at the desk instead of handing me the money the way I gave it to her in her hand just throws it on the counter and walks away. Never ever ever will we return after all the horrible experiences we all had

I visited this location on Jan 11th for my birthday, even though the service was great the food was undercooked and took a while to come to our table. Also I got a game card but after the food took so long we weren’t able to play. I went for a refund and a manager was supposed to refund it back to my card but it’s now 1/27 and I have yet to receive anything! I called for weeks and got the runaround but still no money! Now today I’ve talked to another manager but he somehow cant find my transaction so I’m out of money. Ridiculous service First and last time going to this location!

Some of the machines didnt work and it was kinda small. A lot of fun though to get to hang out with friends
