Booked a table for no reason. when we got there they said it was all open seating so we had to figure out how to arrange our larger party. Front desk was rude. The waitress who served us was great though. Overall it was okay.
Took a date here for somerhing fun & interesting to do. No special games. Ultimately it is what it is.

Iβm very impressed with staff and our waitress Leonela was so kind. I recommend coming here and having her as your server. Food was on point and everyone gave a friendly positive atmosphere. Bartender was very professional and great at making whatever you ask. ππππππ

We waited a long time with a 3 yr. old. We were getting ready to leave when the waitress showed up. The food was good but the whole setup didn't work for us. You sit right by all the games and the noise wasn't fun at all. You had to speak loudly over it. We saw another table where the kids were going nuts to get to the games. Not enjoyable for us.

I recommend coming here on a weekday/evening. Less people and less chance in getting in a fight. I have seen Las Vegas Metro positioned at the entry to help mitigate the rowdy weekend crowd.

We had an event at this location and had a great time, Antoinette Baxter did a great job with information and everything that pertained to my party, so I dont know what this Angel White person is saying bad about her. He is just a person that goes around booking places and paying money and then goes back to complain to get his money back, so he donβt have to pay for the good time he has. Check his reviews he has about 12. Businesses look out for this guy he does it everywhere he goes. Good job Antoinette we had a great time.

Update
1) A lot of the machines did not work.
2) Employees weren't that easy to locate due to the amount of people in the building.
3) Lost a lot of tokens/credits between 1) and 2).
Haven't been back since. Crowds were too much.

Staff was stressed out service was slow. Took 20 minutes to get a drink.
By far the worst experience I've had at Dave & Busters. My son had an unlimited for 60 mins award from his school. When the cashier explained to me that it was only the games that didn't earn tickets, I said Wow, thats not good. And her immediate response was It's in the fine print. Then I said I would add money to his card and she said we could only do that after the 60 mins of boring play, on games I have no idea how to find. She had already activated his free play so the transaction had to be voided so I could add credits to his card. Then they ended up putting my credits and his credits on the same card. Many machines, where there are two players, one card reader would be out of order. The VR mask straps were so stretched out they wouldn't stay on our faces. Went to eat in the restaurant and stood at the hostess stand for a good 7 mins before I asked a waitress if someone would seat us. Was told seat ourselves. Took a hi top table near the bar. There were only 2 other tables seated. Waited close to 15.mins before I flagged down someone and was told my server was coming. Waited almost 10 mins for a beer and water. My son asked for a side of queso dip and we received a boat, full order, which is such a waste. The server said I have to charge for everything and that's all the kitchen staff will give. It was only a $1.59 but I would have paid that for a little side cup. It does not make sense to me that the kitchen staff have been directed to give an entire order of queso dip when someone wants a side of it for dipping.

Went with my family for me first time. We had a great time playing in arcade. The dining/bar on the other hand was horrible. My daughter told me how bad it was ( not food wouldn't know no one would wait on us). We ordered drinks at bar..took way too long. Went to table to order food , watched staff stand around for 10 min. We left. We will do games , but your restaurant..nope
BTW. Im 63 & was a GM for 30yrs in food......

We were there for my granddaughter's birthday and both my son and granddaughter cut their fingers on one the games. Tried to report incident to manager, who never even showed up to voice our complaints. There are very young children who could really hurt themselves playing this game, but apparently they were not interested nor do they care! So needless to say we will not be returning!

My favorite place for hockey just got better! My favorite bartender, Melissa, is back!! Her service is always phenomenal and makes the best speciality drinks! 10/10 would come back just to get drinks from her.
