This is the worst fast food i have ever been to. The staff were horrible they weren’t welcoming at all and they were rude while I was trying to place an order. I had to wait for the food for over 20 minutes which is crazy when it’s supposed to be fast food not a restaurant. I’ve gone to restaurants who have given out faster food than this. When I received the food, the food was old and soggy. During the time of me waiting I’ve seen multiple cockroaches crawling everywhere. I’d like to note I did post a review on yelp however, they completely deleted my post. They didn’t even bother trying to message me to make my experience better which shows how much they care. They rather hide the fact that their restaurant is disgusting and horribly managed. Instead of trying to have me return and change my thought and review about this establishment.

***Beware of scammers, lack of professionalism + etiquette
They forgot my order or prioritized orders that came in after I sat in the dining room for 10+ minutes so I requested a refund.
They processed the refund but said we can't give a refund ticket and to just trust them for the refund. I informed them that can't be possible on a POS and so after messing with the register ETHAN printed a blank order receipt and handed me that. ANALA or SHANIELYNN REASSURED me that they voided the transaction and it would go back to my account in 3-5 business days. DOM the tall cook in the back, felt the need to get involved and came to the front to raise his voice at me.
Instead of being voided or refunded, the transaction POSTED so I quickly reached out to my bank for a resolution
