First off the vibes were immaculate. The staff had good music playing and everyone singing along, it was great. The food was good, got a medium and a hot sandwich and the only difference was the hot had noticeably more spices. As a sauce kind of person I'm glad they threw in some packets of their fry sauce-type sauce. Kinda reminded me of in-n-outs spread with the bits of onion. Popeyes still winning though with bigger chicken and their sauce.

Immediately welcomed upon entry even with it being fairly busy. Professional demeanor. Asked if we had any questions regarding the menu. Food came out how we ordered. Fresh and hot. Ate inside and the tables were clean, soda area neat and clean. Very happy with the food and service provided today.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. I placed an online order and arrived on time, only to wait over 10 minutes while my food sat on the counter. Unfortunately, it was already cold by the time it was handed to me. During this time, multiple staff members were engaged in conversation with each other and made no effort to acknowledge or assist waiting customers. The lack of urgency and professionalism was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
