We had such a good experience until we got the check and told by the bottle girl colony that out of the $2000 we spent she only gets $45 and the barback Mack doesn’t get a tip from the $300 charged gratuities such as service fees and gratuities. We tipped her additional $185 and the barback Mack $100

THEN security guy Cole then told us she was lying to us and told us she does see that money! 4 out of 8 are bartenders so to scam us and blantly lie is insane!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! Management did absolutely nothing about this situation. Then we called and were offered a comped $600 bottle. We just want our money back we will never step foot in there again!

Where do I even begin? I’ll start with the good. The couches that you can rent are cool comfy and located right next to the pool. For the most part, the music was what you’d expect. And they have free water stations except they tell you not to use the middle because it smells bad and tastes horrible… weird that they would keep it there. Now for the bad. It is extremely expensive for nothing. You have to pay $100+ to rent a daybed or couch which sounds good on paper but then there is a minimum drink/food spend after that. If your server realizes you’re not there to spend tons of money, she won’t be there to serve you. The bartenders at the bar, especially that blonde one, are next level rude. When it was time to go, the server stood next to you as she tried to hustle more gratuity which she claimed was hers versus having to share with the others; she wouldn’t give our card back until we filled it out. That was the most time she spent at our couch. If you’re planning on going to a pool club in Vegas, definitely do your research ahead of time. If you want to spend all your money on bad service and a ratchet pool, Daylight is the place for you.

Drinks are $25 and $55 for a souvenir cup. This price includes tips. I didn't find out until it showed up on my room charge, and I had already added a tip not knowing.

Whoever was the skinny Asian bartender was on Saturday, August 24 is very rude and unprofessional. You’re in the line of customer service so work on your customer service sweetheart.

My first time coming here was 2019, and I had the time of my life. Even though I've been back to Vegas since it's my first time returning here. The price gouging of this place now is ridiculous. I don't mind paying for a good time, and I love luxury, but the prices are just too expensive for absolutely no reason. $110+ for a mixed daiquiri pitcher, $600 for a 5th of vodka, $25 for an order of mozzarella sticks. It's a good time, but with the prices for I could afford another flight and car rental ?

Worst DJ I’ve ever heard. Mash ups of Sweet Caroline and Avicii, and numerous other horrendous songs I didn’t think possible. Entire crowd just standing around while this guy never took a hint and kept the vibe similar to a funeral.

The club itself was very nice and we had a good time, but I will never go back here as they do not provide the quality customer service that I am used to or was expecting.
The bill included gratuity and I gave the server a $160 cash tip on top of the $80 included gratuity. The waitress then charged my card another $160 on my card. So she stole $160 when i already gave a very generous tip. I also noticed that she did this on the bill and tired to fix it right away, and she assured me that the $160 was not charged to the card, she just had to report the tip on the receipt.
We tried reaching out to management and they say there is nothing that can be done. Shocking and disappointed they do not want to make this right.

Worst experience ever. The entire staff was rude. The worst part is the waitresses trying to shake you down for additional tips on top of what was already added on to the check. Her and the cabana boy stood there while telling me if I didn’t leave extra they would make nothing off the gratuity that was already added.
