The wait in the drive through was ridiculously long considering how many cars there were. The drive through cashier apologized for the long wait (I think we'd been in line for just under half an hour when we finally got our food). I'd have given them a pass if they had at least given us generous portions, but they went super skimpy. The burritos we're about 3/4 filled. Still hungry.

Hubby wanted a quick bite on new years eve as we were having a late dinner and he stopped here. I managed to get a few bites down and can say decent tacos and burritos for fast food products.

It was pretty good, got the del taco meal . Hubby got chili cheese fries and burrito . They are very slow. It took 22 minutes to get our food . Also he wanted to try tamales and was informed they ran out . This is at noon on a Sunday by the way.

For some reason this DEL TACO location at Craig Rd. and Rancho is lousy, always has been for many years, at least that's been my experience. They seem to have issues with at least one of the items to complete our order everytime we patronize ... Today, it was, the rice wasn't done yet, so after waiting almost 5 mins after paying, then she tells us the rice isn't done so what other item would we like instead.. Then had too wait another 5 mins for that. ... Get it together HELLOOOO Earth to Saturn... Come in Saturn...

This Del Taco is just terrible, I have came to this location off and on now for over 6 years. I went there tonight with my 2 kids, and the restaurant was just dirty, tables, floors , trashed were over filled. I was there around 5pm. We were the only people inside the whole 30 minutes or so we were there. They dis have maybe 8 cars go through the drive thru at that time, but they were not busy. My 5 year old had to use the rest room, and we went on the mens ad it was disgusting, I highly doubt it was cleaned at all during the whole day, so we went in the womens and it was worst, so back to the mens, the food was ok, not good not bad, I usually go to a different del taco because this one is so bad, but I was in the area. It was a very bad night to go there. I will not return to this location, over 6 years i have off and on gone to this location because of how bad they were. About 4 years ago I called their corporate office about an incident I witnessed there. The girl at the register was friendly, and food wasnt terrible, so they get a 2 star. Even my 5 and 6 year old commented on them needing to clean. The staff was busy watching videos or something on so.eones phone rather then cleaning.

Stop to have quick family meal while running errands. After ordering and waiting 10 min they tell us they don't have any chicken for our order. They ran out of straws. Three other customers that had been waiting inside and parked in their car also waited over 30 minutes before they were told they were out of chicken. When we just decided to go somewhere else and asked for a refund they said nobody knew how to do a refund and the manager already left. They tried numerous times to call someone and couldn't get anyone to answer.
