I have been sitting in this drive thru for 26 minutes now. I was boxed in and couldn't change my mind. I'm still not even at the window yet. This location is truly ridiculous for sub-par food. I only visit this location after completely forgetting how long of a wait they have. They seriously need to hire more people for the busy night shift. Finally getting our food after a wait of 30 minutes.
This is about the 3rd time my food has been wrong. I ask for no onions on a burger and delux chilli cheese fry. And the guy ever repeated it back to me at the speaker and the window. I get home frys were plain and the burger had so many onions. Not going back here!!! These ppl that work there are the worst
What is it with Del Taco? Don't they train their employees in customer service? This is the second Del taco that has ignored me.
