So true Joe. Can anyone find the difference between these 2 identical items? A couple of Del Taco Tostadas, same time, same order, no special instructions.
Tried and tried 13 times to call the store and only got unanswered ringing, answering machine once, left a message, no callback...of course. They always screw you in the drive thru!

They took our order, my husband waited for the food while I took our daughter across the parking lot for her food. It took me 15 min to get back, meanwhile Del taco had waited and served several people both inside and thru the drive thru and still had not even started our order. They only started the order after I approached the counter.
While they were making i saw them refill the sour cream containers and put some on the burrito I had ordered. I had ordered it WITHOUT sour cream. So I asked the manager if I could have both burritos without the sour cream as I ordered. She bold faced, looked me in the eye and lied saying "oh it's not sour scream, it's white sauce " I insisted I did not want it. She made one with the sour cream and one without. I handed her the one with sour cream and said "this one has sour cream on it" she again lied, trying to tell me it was white sauce. I again insisted that I wanted it the way I ordered. She proceeded to get nasty in Spanish about me, assuming that I couldn't understand her, and tossed the burrito on the other counter and threw another one together.
She was very unprofessional and rude, not to mention she lied and tried to give me something I had clearly asked NOT to give me and got angry when I wanted what I paid for.
I haven't been to Del Taco since before the pandemic and I won't be back. So the nasty manager doesn't have to worry about it.

Your tacos are crap without taco sauce. Ordered twice, no taco sauce. Complete the order aka include all items ordered. When I called, whomever answered didn't even say anything and just hung up.
Super nice lady working. Very helpful. The piles of fries and cheesy jalapenos dish was awesome.

I come to this location for the iced coffee when I do my laundry at a nearby laundromat. I don't normally buy food from del taco in general as it doesn't meet my approval & my pocket book (quality food has changed). Since coming to this location, I am normally greeted & served by Alexa. This establishment dining area has always been clean, and the kitchen & prep area appears to be clean as well. She is a gem. It's always a pleasure to receive great customer service, especially by Alexa. Most places these days don't provide that anymore. Thank you, Alexa!
