The people there are nice but every time I go there I get jacked on my food… went in for the queso nachos , chili cheese fries, and a few other things. There was barely any nachos and hardly had sauce/cheese on them. There was like 4 chips with the toppings on it. I never thought I would have to go this far as a review but it happens every time. On top of that the chili cheese fries barely had any chili/cheese/sauce either. It was mostly just dried fries that were tainted brown.

Ordered drive thru for breakfast as we were out running errands. Went very simple, steak breakfast grilled wrap meal. The workers were friendly, and the grilled wrap was warm. Sadly, the wrapper they serve it in is too small to actually wrap it up. Our hash browns were cold and inedible. They serve simply juice which is nice. Not a bad breakfast and the waiting wasn't too bad.

Decided to do a late night stop on the way home. Currently have been waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes with only 5 cars in front. Management needs to step up and create a more efficient process. This has been a major inconvenience. I highly recommend to avoid this location.

Yesterday I went on drive-thru pla e an order of 2 delux cheddar cheese fries and #16 double cheese burger with no onions, perfect got my order on time and drove home, just picked up my kids so they were hungry I told them to start eating my son grabe the sandwich it was cold and the meat hard like a rock looks like it was there on hold for over an hour, no lettus no tomatoes nothingbut 3 nasty looking unmelted cheese. I return to the store with the order and the burger I talk to the Manager name JACOB! I told him I want my money back and new burger show him how my sandwich looks like and ask him if he would eat that.. he said people would it that and that he can only do one thing not both. He walk away left me there no apologies nothing. Terrible Customer service ftom the manager and terrible food quality.

Times are tough but..... it's getting so bad. On the app you can request sauce. If you request so many you get 2. If you request 1 you get 1. This good MUST be doused with sauce to get it down. Hopefully the new your will have this poor suffering store a little more generous.

On Thanksgiving we went to the Ft. Apache location to eat lunch since most restaurants were closed. This shall be our final visit after eating here twice per week for years. Our chicken tacos had so little chicken to eat it was pathetic. A few small pieces were sprinkled on each taco. I should have taken a photo, did not think to do so at the time. I asked for green sauce on the side, if I had asked for it to be placed on each taco there is no charge. But since I requested it on the side I was charged for a tiny serving. The tiny container was half full, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I had to order another one since the first one was not enough, and once again only half full. And the worst thing of all, upon entering the restaurant it smelled horrible. The odor was similar to throw up throughout the restaurant. I asked the employees and they said they have not been able to figure out where the odor is coming from, and just laughed. There also were several small puddles of water in several places on the floor. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Might as well eat in the bathroom, more pleasant in there. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL MEANS.
