This locations customer service is not very good. They talk to people as they are a huge inconvenience or just a bother. They need to realize the people are the reason they have a job in the first place. Try treating them with some respect. The people in the kitchen need to realize when something is ordered a certain way, it may be due to heath reasons or allergies. If they say no salt on the fries and you accidentally put salt on them, putting them back in the fryer will not cook the salt off of them. Cook new fries!

I really like the menu prices overall and especially the coupons that I receive periodically in the mail...they are unmatched compared to all other fast food restaurants; like seriously, they are outdoing everyone with those BOGO coupons lol.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Lady at the counter was very rude. I left without my food or a refund. First she told me I didn't pay. Once I proved I paid she said wrong store. I got an email confirmation with my payment and the store location. She didn't even attempt to help or care about my order. I submitted a complaint on the app to either get my food or my money. It was not an expensive order, it the principal. You pay for food, you should receive it with hopefully some friendly, helpful customer service.

I live in Ohio. We have Taco Bell there. 30 years ago, Taco Bell would have won this battle. But Del Taco is now the king of fast food Mexican cuisine!!!

I should have read the reviews first. Check your items and the specifics before u pull off, I said no sauce so now I'm wiping that off the burrito, my fries were hot I thought I was good to go, nope, they were hot but also hard they needed to cook longer $13.54 what a waste so now I'm at work hungry I have the frys in the microwave hoping that will soften them before my break is up. This sucks, otherwise this was an expensive large soda I guess that's what I paid for. You guys need to do better, don't just say it on the reviews actually do it.

Don't recommend this Del Taco!!!!Went through drive thru to make order lady was very rude and rushing me to order. I didn't make this lady fill out the application for the job if you can't handle fast food sorry for you. Food was not good was skimpy with the chicken the only one I been so far that is like this will never return..
