Always can get a good deal on the food. Now, depending on the location and time, service is 50/50. One is very knowledgeable, while another does not seem like they were trained in basic PR skills or even how to use the Del Taco app. On my end, I just need to remember to ask to scan the app so I can accumulate my points because they don't ask, "Would you like me to scan your rewards app?"

My son & I were here on October 15, 2024. It was complete chaos & we should have gone with our gut & walked out before ordering. Instead, we placed our order & waited patiently for our food (it took forever). We get home to find the food completely disgusting. Burritos had just one measly dollop of beef mixture & that is all. No cheese or lettuce. My Del Burgers (2) had zero condiments. Just patties and skimpy cheese. I only requested no tomato; to which I was "snapped" at by the cashier. "It doesn't come with tomato." Picture says otherwise. Convinced my coupon was not even applied! What a waste of money! We will always go across the street to Taco Bell from now on! Del Taco do better!

I really enjoy getting asked three times what kind of hot sauce I want, responding three times, being told to wait by the front for a drive thru order to be brought out to me (while being the only person in line), receiving my order and, surprise, there’s no hot sauce in the bag. Why ask multiple times if you’re just going to forget? This has happened about ten times. Not sure why I need to wait in the front for my order either.

Been to several dozen Del Taco's over the years and always been able to use a coupon for one order, while making two orders at the same time. Was told by the worker who took my order that that was against the rules and not doable in the drive thru. I think it was a straight up lie. Never refunding here to a place where the workers don't want to have to do their job.

This restaurant is in a bad neighborhood but the food was well prepared and delicious
Its 10:18. The signs outside and Google says you're open till midnight. Just walked in and was told by the woman manager that they were closed. Apparently they don't like working here or doing their jobs. Find another Del taco. This one is terrible.

This location is NOTORIOUS for 2 things: *Having you back up in the drive thru so they can reset their window timer *having you pull forward to the front of the store to wait for your food
They NEVER have me do this at the Flamingo location.
The workers aren’t really negative, but there’s gotta be a better restaurant practice than this.

It stinks like raw sewage inside/a burst pipe and it's 85 degrees inside of the stinky humid restaurant. No one is eating inside. Reply to owner: I'm not doing any of that. You go there and take a whiff and DO YOUR JOB. ILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE.
