I really enjoy getting asked three times what kind of hot sauce I want, responding three times, being told to wait by the front for a drive thru order to be brought out to me (while being the only person in line), receiving my order and, surprise, there’s no hot sauce in the bag. Why ask multiple times if you’re just going to forget? This has happened about ten times. Not sure why I need to wait in the front for my order either.

The young man at the counter was polite courteous and attentive. After he got my name for the order he used it each time he addressed me. His name is Kionte and if I had a business in Las Vegas I would be trying to recruit hi Del taco is fortunate to have this young man represent them.
