Ordered 2 tostada with beef. Got home they were cold. I live 5 mins away. The tostada it self was nasty. Don't know what's going on here in Vegas. But there's a lot of terrible food here off the strip. SAD

I went here for the first time on November 9th around 10:10 PM and used a BOGO deal for the Epic Burritos. I didn’t know there were different kinds of Epic Burritos, so when I asked, the employee seemed annoyed that she had to explain them. She had an attitude with me, and when I went to the window to pick up my order, she rolled her eyes and didn’t say thank you or anything. It was a disappointing experience, especially as a first time customer. Better customer service and a more respectful attitude would make a big difference.

8/23/25 @3:40 pm went through the drive thru and they messed up my order twice! I drove off thinking they had fixed the issue and called when they hadn’t, but they never picked up the phone. The girl in the window name BRISA was very unprofessional and rude. Management needs to get it together and not allow employees like that at the window.

I asked for Avocado Epic burrito and chicken, but went I was eating to me it was , beans burrito and rice that chicken avocado..
Bought 4 orders of fries. All stale and old! Make sure to say fresh fries, I spent $30 with drinks and the drinks were the only thing good! Too pissed to go back and its too hot outside for back in forwards stuff! Del Taco your workers suck for giving out old fries! Do better!
