Same occurance every time I come back to this location roughly 6 times, I'm done.
I'm going to call your corporate office and find out what Del Taco policy is, because I think that you are violating your franchise agreement by undeserving your food.
Typically Del Taco franchises are great. All well served....

I was really excited when a del taco become the closest fast food restaurant to my house considering I live on the edge of the city, but this place has gone down hill since it opened a few years ago. I never write review but after being disappointed time after time here I am. First off the management makes you go park in front to wait for your order even if there isn’t a car behind you to make it appear that they are making orders quickly through the drive through, second the fries are always soggy and or/ raw ish in the middle. And last this picture is a crispy chicken taco and recently the chicken changed. What in the weird frozen chicken nugget thing is this? The staff is always friendly and nice.

I've been going to Del Taco since I was a kid. Good value, good food!
I order the alpastor tacos, alpastor burrito and alpastor fries and boy I was impressed with it. For being a fast food streat taco it was delicious and so where the other items I order. Just needed a better homemade spicy salsa.
