Food was so soggy. Fish tacos were so soggy the fish was soft and not crispy. The taco shell was falling apart it was so moist. Fries - soggy. The chips on their nachos were oddly stale and you guessed it, soggy at the same time. Combo burritos just a bean burrito….where’s the beef?! It’s like they cooked the food then stuck it in the microwave to warm it up and get it nice a gross. Really disappointed. I usually like del taco but this one is a no go for me.

Been in like with 3 cars ahead of me for 30 mins! Yikes! For a quesadilla and a cheese burrito! First time here should have looked at reviews. What's crazy is hours here on Yelp say they are closed! So no one is even updating their hours! Sad! This is pretty bad as far as service! I am scared to see my food!

The spicy chicken burrito was not heated at all. It was like they just took out of the frigr. Awful. 2nd time I've been there and 2nd time had bad experience. I threw it away, didn't want to get sick.

I ordered the chicken box the chicken tenders and the fries it’s really test like burning I don’t know the oil need change or they just put extra in the fryer and I told him easy on ice and he confirmed but he still put me ice to the top! So I really didn’t enjoy the food at all I really don’t understand why they doing this to the customers. I’m sure they will refuse eat the same food they give me

This is a weird one... when we come here and the woman manager is working, everything is a normal experience. When we come and the guy manager is working, we end up waiting at least 25 minutes for our order. Last time, it took over 40 minutes. Whoever the guy manager is, he is just awful. He argues with customers and has a poor attitude. Somehow, he backs up the entire store, including the drive-through.
The chicken quesadilla was fantastic!! I have no idea why I loved it so much. Next time I go, I'm getting 2!

Everything in the dinning area was stocked no trash laying around, cashier was a little pushy. Ordered the anniversary tacos for $.60 each they are a little smaller the cashier said but they looked like normal Shells for their hard shell tacos. They only come in ground beef and hard shell. You also have to have the QR Code on your phone to get the special deal that is happening. Wanted a cookie batter shake and they don't have it anymore I think it was a seasonal thing. They have vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavor asked for chocolate and strawberry mixed with cookie pieces. Was charged $.70 for strawberry topping. Ordered a medium crinkle cut fry and they were delicious today. All tacos were filled with a thin layer of ingredients but mostly lettuce, some hard a lot of shredded cheese and some had a pinch of cheese. Overall, was satisfied with our purchase.
