I love Del Taco and been eating it my whole life as I was born in Los Angeles California but y'all changed though the taco meat is soggy to wear when I order a hard shell taco it literally is wet and Soggy before I even get the bite into it and number two when I asked for hot french fries why do you pretend like y'all gave me fresh French fries on the top and then old cold french fries on the bottom stop playing with me and do better or you don't have to count on me being a customer no more...

I was craving some chili cheese fries last night, so I decided to get some at del taco. When I got home I regretted my decision. Why? Because some airhead forgot my chili…. If you guys didn’t have any you could have just said that. But how does one forget the chili…? I’ve had these soo many times and this has NEVER happened. 😭

Very poor customer service at this location. I use to live up the street from this location. Inside of the restaurant, the side of the register was Order and the other side was Pickup. So I placed an order online and checked in using the app. When I arrived inside of the restaurant, I went to the opposite side of the register waiting patiently to inform someone that I'm picking up an online order that I placed. The guy at the register name Lewis asked me if I was picking up, I said yes, he said "You have to let me know" I said "That's why I'm standing here to let someone know." He said condescendingly pointing at the sign. "Well the line starts here for ok online pickup and delivery" I haven't been there for a few years now and I was unaware of the change. That's it how things were done previously.

The girl that works graveyard shift needs to take some customer service classes. She has a bad attitude and is very unpleasant. And she doesn't like to make shakes because they are always being cleaned.
We miss del taco since we moved from California. Thankfully Vegas had them too

Pulled up to the window, paid for my order, then the employee handed me a bag a couple of minutes later, thanked me, and started to close the window. Then he turned back and said that the napkins and hot sauce are in the bag, which is what I assumed. While I was still in the parking lot I reached in the bag to check which sauce was there. Del Scorcho (medium) when I wanted Inferno (hot). 😡 At least put all three sauces in the bag if you’re too busy (I was the only customer there) to ask which sauce the customer wants.

No real issue just that they don't want to wrap a burrito right. Or don't know how to EVENLY place ingredients for a burrito. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and to made bold. But all the fries were at the top (bite part they leave open) and the sauce at the very bottom. Beans were all at the bottom... In the past this never happened but I guess the new crew just has to learn I guess. Damn shame they don't want to take the time to correctly make a burrito
On top of that. Fries were COLD...

The staff is great. The tortillas are constantly dry and broken. They don't fold the burritos right either. Again. They have great attitudes. Maybe just review how the tortillas are stored and who is folding/rolling them. Literally THE worst tortillas I have ever had in my life... not to mention all the homeless hanging out inside.
