Maybe, just maybe if you see an uber order ask for 10 mild sauces, it wouldn’t be the best thing in the world to give them no sauce and some dry food. My first grader could have read that on an order.

Completely unprofessional and dismissive the young man who worked in the drive-through you could tell he didn’t care about his job and it reflected in his customer service and their food. When I called back to speak to the manager she was just as bad and dismissive very low quality food very low quality service. It’s sad to see young people not take pride and what they do whether it’s serving food or not if you’re gonna do it do it right have a smile on your face and show some good customer service. You both failed

Ordered epic combo burrito, no lettuce with Xtra sour cream. Gave me a burrito with fries on it. I'm on my lunch hour and they proceed to argue about what I ordered and which of them messed up my order. Instead of waiting for them to finish their disagreement, I asked for a refund. Did NOT refund the 50 cents they charged me. I asked about it. They instead give me back 25 cents plus tax back and they have the nerve to give me attitude and act like it's my fault. I will never be back to this location. Horrible experience. Retrain them or better yet, terminate their employment. This wasn't an accident. It was a disaster. The reason I didn't go through the drive through is because last time they charged me for extra sour cream twice and never put it on the burrito.

The owners response or course of action is to send my complaint back to the location that couldn't process my order or refund correctly. I guess my only recourse is to accept my complete utter defeat at the hands of Del Taco.

Today is July 5th. Still no accountability. Still shorted on my refund. Way to loose credibility on a insincere apology email Del Taco Corporate.

Today is 07/25. Still no word or response. I call B.S. on their apology and promise of we'll get back to you. Not a reputable business.

The food here was amazing loved it! I hate to be the nosey type but I just feel this has to be shared because this poor girl! I went in to eat today and was sitting in a booth behind these 2 lovely ladies well on of the ladies gets on her phone and it looked like she did not seem to hear one of the workers telling her she can’t be on her phone the worker continues to walk up to her and SLAM her computer shut and yell at her telling her “ go get on the floor now” meaning to work in the kitchen. This girl instantly filled with tears I can clearly tell they were taking some kind of test because I could see the other ladies screen from where I sat. A little while later I go use the restroom and the same girl comes into the restroom and sits in a stall and cries. She then gets on a phone call and tells someone on the phone she wasn’t able to fill out paperwork for a hall of some sort on time because of the said incident happening which I’m guessing is why she was on her phone in the first place and since it was non refundable that she doesn’t have another 400 to be recharged but this is the part truly broke my heart because she said next that she feels like she failed her mother cause she didn’t go to her funeral and now is failing her even more because she is unable to pay for this hall! I feel this company needs to have a heart and work with workers instead of bring them down it’s just sick! This poor girl lost a mother and instead of pulling her to the side to give criticism she does it in-front of a lobby full of people just horrible.
