I ordered carne asada fries with extra carne asada (an extra $1.50 mind you) and I asked for an extra side of secret sauce as well (another extra .50c) which I really don't mind paying at all, as long as I get what was ordered and paid for. I worked at Del Taco before, I know a decent scoop of carne asada should be 4oz, and thats just the standard amount for one serving. When I ask for double, and I pay for double, Im expecting a minimum of 6oz of meat, and honestly thats still skimping. A double scoop means 2 scoops of the standard 4oz scoop they have, thats 8oz of meat. I mean its common sense and its not like they were crazy busy either. They need to prep ahead of time to ensure their customers are getting what they paid for. I paid $10 for basically 3oz of meat and some fries. They didn't even put the secret sauce in the fry box, they just charged me for the extra sauce in a cup.

Ordered food through the app. Forgot our churros, queso fries were a sloppy mess and the burger came absolutely plain. We didnt specify to change anything on the burger. Come on. Do better.
