Room was amazing, we had a King suite which had a second bathroom. My only gripe really is that the coffee maker is not free to use. You will be charged to use the Keurig in the room, which seems really silly since your basic holiday inn will at least give you free coffee in your room. It would also be nice to have a fridge that guests can actually use and not just for the mini bar, but thats not a deal breaker.
The pool was the best, but packed. We really loved Lupo and the Noodle Shop. The food was first rate. Gambling was the best! We commented we have no reason to go off property anymore. Probably one our best trips to Vegas.
Though it was away from the main strip, you can’t beat 1 1/2 bathrooms when you have four people staying. Rooms were very clean and the staff in all departments were nice. We’ll definitely go again to Delano
Lobby smells great. Friendly and professional service. Posh and well appointed rooms. Pros - large suites with separate living room, upscale clientele, 1 1/2 bathrooms per suite, floor to ceiling windows, huge master bath with deep tub, lots of options to check in and out so no need to stand in line at front desk. Cons - rather isolated and far south on the Strip, room service and minibar rates are high, $50 charge to store personal items in the fridge, awful toilettries, pool is at Mandalay Bay is packed and no shade unless you rent a cabana ($650/day on a weekday), the a/c in the bedroom blew right in my face when lying down and even though I tried to change the vent it didn't help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.
There is always a clean room for me when I come into town. This experience would normally get best rating, however, this time, the elevators had some issues. Some of the guest elevators were out of order and some had the lights out, which made it interesting to take up to the room.
Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. My wife and I enjoyed how quiet it seemed compared with other resorts we have stayed at in Las Vegas. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
The property is clean and beautiful. you can use the Mandalay pools, but if you do not rent a cabanna be prepare because even in 117 degrees weather there is no Umbrellas at the pool area. They also do not clean your room. The house keeper did not clean our room 2 days during our 5 nights stay
Although this hotel was at the end of the strip, there was plenty to do and great choices for dining. We were not sure about having to go to Mandalay Bay to gamble but it actually worked out really well. Hotel had a very calming vibe and was quiet, yet in 3 minutes you were on the casino floor.

Overall the experience was a fun one. The disappointing part was that it was hard to get an individualized experience to celebrate our anniversary, even when calling ahead and trying to plan. Having never really been to Las Vegas before, I expected to have had a few more perks to gain our loyalty. Instead, it felt like we were constantly spending money on every little thing.
Excellent hotel
Classy and beautiful.
Vegas isn't what it used to be. Delano pool is nice. Be patient for servers and plan on paying $8 for a bottle of water. Pro tip: bartenders will give you a large glass of ice for free and there is a water stand.
Well kept, clean. Efficient staff, good coffee! Bag check line in other hotels- 1 hour long. Delano- I checked as soon as I walked up- it was great! Beds were comfortable, rooms were huge, So much better than Mandalay Bay ??
