Pre Covid-19 review. My nephew is pretty much obsessed with cheese pizza. He wanted cheese pizza and spotted this place from miles away. 1 slice of cheese pizza ($4.15): he LOVED this pizza and swallowed it so fast. He gave me a dirty look when I took a tiny bite of his pizza LOL. I didn't care for it, but he kept saying the pizza was so delicious. I seriously need to train him to be a foodie :) The worker was very friendly and attentive. QUICK TIP: it is located on the second floor of Fashion Show Mall food court 3 stars!! I am super generous with this review because my nephew was super happy. Happy nephew = happy auntie. Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen is almost yummylicious!!

I'm complaining about the one at the South Premium Outlet Mall(NOT ON YELP).WHY DO YOU HAVE A PROMO FOR A FREE SLICE & THEN DONT HONOR IT ????The guy working acted like because I was white & not MEXICAN he didn't want to wait on me. Of course I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me I wonder why must have been because he felt guilty!!!

This is the worst uncooked stale dry pizza I have ever had! Don't waste your time. I ordered Pepsi, it was FLAAAAAAT! Ordered pizza ... it was Uncooked and STALE Just don't even bother. I didn't even feel like walking back to complain. Y'all need my money to fix this mess! just keep it! I sure ain't coming back either. Thank you! NEXT!!!

I frequent this place a lot when I'm in Vegas for their smoothies. But, this is the first time I tried their food. I had the pasta and a caesar salad combo. At first a lady was helping me but, then some guy got in line behind me and she stopped. She started speaking Spanish to the guy behind me. Then, she yelled for a guy in back to come out and he came out to help me. By the time I got my food the guy behind me had already left. I also, noticed that the cashier decided to charge me 30 cents to upsize my drink. I called him out on it and he said they ran out of regular cups no apologies or asking me if it was okay. It's not the customers fault you ran out of regular cups. You should have ordered more when you noticed you were running low. I also, think he may have charged me extra for something else too. I mean if you are going to charge someone extra you let them know you don't just take it upon yourself to keep adding random amounts to an order. They lacked in customer service and had some dishonest practices. The food was lacking too. The pasta had no taste and was falling apart when I was eating it. There was so much water on the bottom that the pasta was soggy. I couldn't even finishing eating it. The lettuce in the caesar salad was already turning brown at the edges and some of the leaves. Needless to say I did NOT need my soda to be upsized to large. They should have just given it to the customer at no extra charge until they can get the proper size that the customer wants.

I was looking for a cheap dinner away from the casinos.. Being that this place is in a good court, my expectations weren't very high. I tried the spaghetti with three garlic rolls. It was clear that the garlic rolls had been around for a long, long time. They popped them in the pizza over for a little bit. They were like warm and pretty tasteless. If they were fresh, they may have had a chance. The spaghetti game in a big bowl, so there was a lot of it. Overall, it was not bad. When I got halfway through the bowl I noticed that the bottom half was sitting in water. 'Not sure if this was from the spaghetti or the sauce. Once I got to this point, there wasn't much flavor left. For $10 on the strip the meal was OK
