Best breakfast I’ve had in Las Vegas! March 2024 - made a reservation but ended up not needing it. Busy but not too crowded (Friday morning). Would definitely eat breakfast here again!

We had breakfast over there almost by chance.. and we loved it ! Located in the Delano, it has a cozy warm atmosphere, and the staff is very nice. They serve delicious and refined "farmish" comfort food. The goodness of biscuits and gravy, and pancakes with warm maple syrup is unique.. the chicken and waffles are absolutely delicious. It has become our breakfast spot before Sunday football games :)
Drove across town in eager anticipation to indulge in the Blue Crab Benedicts, just to find out some brain child took it off the menu! Oh well, since I was here already I had the smoked salmon bennies and a spicy Bloody Mary. Both really good. Still without that sognature dish it is just another overpriced LV joint with pretty good food.... I will come back when the Blue Crab Bennies are back. So long Della!
My recent visit to Della's kitchen restaurant inside Delato left me with mixed feelings. The experience began with a 20-minute wait to secure our table. However, the restaurant has a convenient system where you can walk around and receive a text message when your table is ready, which helps make the wait more bearable. Once seated, I found the breakfast offerings to be rather underwhelming. There wasn't much variety, and the selection was quite limited. While the meal was okay, it didn't leave a lasting impression. All in all, my experience at Dellai was just average, and I must admit that I'm not particularly inclined to return. With the waiting time and the uninspiring breakfast options, I believe there are better dining choices to explore in the future.

We decided to have brunch (reservations required). Thank God I did and actually forgot I had it but Thank God for Goggle Calenda. Mario our waiter was awesome. He was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and he never missed a beat accommodating us. The menu is limited so don't go expecting much. I had chicken and waffles- chicken was thin and dry but the waffle was good(thank God for syrup. I was very disappointed with my dish. Everyone enjoyed their meal but I don't see me going back

Food & service are great. Staying at the Delano this is a nice close spot for breakfast. Avocado toast was really good. The waffles and chicken were also delicious. Quick coffee refills and friendly service.
A group of us had a lovely late breakfast one Saturday. The place was busy but the wait time was short, the menu is extensive. We all loved our choices, the full breakfast was great, the eggs, the waffles. Nothing to fault. The place is expensive but you can see the prices before you choose to go or not.
