Dennys is always the place to go for casual eating and talking. Our waiter Blanca was exceptional with her service. Very attentive and interactive. If you come and are lucky to have her you’ll see what I mean. The food is always good but better when it’s served with a good server.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Back
Stopped by Denny’s hoping for a decent meal, but it was a letdown. The place felt run-down, with a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. The food wasn’t much better—everything tasted bland and uninspired. The bacon was cold and chewy, like it had been sitting out for too long. Even the coffee was just okay. Service was fine, but it couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Definitely not worth the visit.

The food was great, the menu has the “all you can eat” terms and conditions but the employees clearly don’t understand your policies. Word to the wise, don’t try and run out the only customer the restaurant had last night because you want to be alone I get it. Also stop looking at customers as if they are scum because they don’t wear the clothes you wear!!! How many times do I have to discuss the history of Dennys which were located on highways and truck stops. So, what formal dress up person do you expect? Especially when the restaurant had road runners truck drivers etc. The original name was Danny’s since it was a common name. Regardless of what I wear I’m a paying customer who pays, not leaves without paying. Do unto others as you want done unto you. You are on paycheck from being homeless so stop with the theatrics. You have not been good stewards of power so no promotion for now since you want to be above everyone. Nobody is better than anyone we put our clothes on the same way and bleed the same. Denny’s normally has very good service but this one failed the test. That’s why they’re broke because they assume.

I gave you 3 stars because you have limited handicapped parking (2 spots) and your delivery people take them. The manager should be monitoring this. You have quiet a bit of elderly patrons and they should be able to use those spots. If this continues at the Charleston site I will go elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience with the service and the food. The last time I was here I didn’t have as great of an experience. This time our server, Natalie, and the manager, Adan, really made up for the mistake. The food was also great! I’ll be back!!

Worst Denny's I've ever been to. Sat us down at a dirty table, and never bothered cleaning it. Forgot silverware. Took forever to get service, and then they only listened to half of what we said. And while I asked for medium well eggs, I got this sloppy raw mess that oozed a clear liquid. My boyfriend ordered the same and got way overcooked eggs and he was missing the extra he ordered. Just getting a cup of coffee was excruciating.
Never coming back here. Their tip will be as insulting as the meal.
