On our first visit, we could tell right away that she’s very dedicated to the quality of her service and her guest’s satisfaction! Stop to grab me and my husband some food in my way home from a night out there was a large party that walk in before me he sat them down I was next I just wanted to place a to go order instead of him helping me he sits down the guest that came in behind me ok fine I’m waiting at the counter to order he comes back and gets ready to sit another party that came in so I tell him I want to place a order he tells me why u didn’t do it online or over the phone it would of been faster I’m the only one here and proceeds to sit the guest down the cones back with and attitude and takes my order as if I was bothering him he has the worst customer service that I have ever experience here I will never come to this location again

I stopped at this Denny’s location at 2:50am today hoping to grab a meal. As soon as we entered, the server, a male, showed me to the booth and said “hurry up and order because i want to take my break” as he set down the menu on the table. Me and my party opted to leave and visit the nearby Denny’s on lake mead where the service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant is far superior than the location on Craig and Tenaya. While i understand that perhaps it was time for his break, as a patron that is not my problem. Management may need additional staff on the overnight shift or additional customer service training.

Vanessa gave me and my family great service Tuesday afternoon. She made us feel like family. The place had a super nice ambiance and atmosphere! I recommend it to anyone who is in town traveling from out of state or if you’re a local yocal!
If I can give 100 stars I would. Our server Rodolfo was very attentive, and provided excellent service! The food was amazing, and fresh. I have never been to a dennys where I had no complaints. This Dennys is excellent and worth the drive!

I like going to this Denny's with my family. We got good service from our host Jose M and our server Vanessa P. We got taken straight to our table. I love the retro atmosphere. There are plenty of choices on the menu for everyone. I also like the lids for the kids cups. The only complaint I have is they didn't give us enough straws at first, and I had to ask again.
