Tonight was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I have ever had. I am a restaurant Manager on the strip and know that servers are sometimes overwhelmed by working 2 position but us being the only 2 tables in the restaurant this was just not it. Our server was jennifer and she was honestly very unwelcoming and had the worst demeanor . When we sat down and ordered drinks we told her that we can put in our food orders as well. She was giving us a look like we were bothering yet our order was quick.
When she dropped off drinks we said thank you and she turned her back quick and said nothing.
I asked for honey mustard for my meal and she didnt bring it, but I asked her if she can bring it again and never brought it.
She never checked on our table during the meal and never had refills on coffee and water.
The. She just dropped off check and said nothing. Me and my party were very uncomfortable being there that we told her we were going to pay with cash and card just to leave. And she was very condescending explaining we pay in the front because she can't put tips in herself ( which was a very weird thing to tell a guest)
I paid and left a tip and still no thank you or goodbye. Truly this was an example of bad customer service . I tipped because I thought she was trying but she needs retraining on service standards or work BOH

The food itself was good, My server on the other hand was not the best. It started off fine when she went to seat me and my bf. Our food was fine, she didn’t really check on us, didn’t ask if we wanted to order more. When the food arrived all she did was walk away or when we would ask for something she would just say okay. She never asked about the check just brought it when she thought we needed it without asking if we wanted anything else. we were planning to order the peppermint hot chocolate and when she brought the check we asked to order it. she gave us a cold brew instead which is fine and when she brought the new check we told her that we wanted the hot chocolate and all she did was stare at me with a wierd expression and then said okay and went to talk to a coworker for 10 minutes before finally bringing the hot chocolate. when i went up to pay she asked how was everything i said good and paid i told her i would leave a tip on the table all she said was okay and nothing else. Overall she was, to be honest, bland and wasn’t very welcoming

Love my breakfast from one of my favorite Denny's Restaurants , all staff very kind, helpfull ,delightfull and fun, my server Angel B was excelente in all expetations abone and beyond, amaizing customer service, highly recomended.
Good was good, took a little bit to get food and it was 2am literally no one was in the restaurant, but it still took a long time to get our food. Overall experience was ok.😋

I had a very nice experience at this Denny's location my waiter his name was Isaac served me very well I enjoyed my meal with my friends and the manager assisted us with very good service she made sure everything was to our liking she came to our table engaged in small chit-chat to make sure our food was good I was very impressed . It was Liz and Isaac that served us that day both of them are really good people I wish you all the best.
Parking: Its a safe part of town.
