Food and service were exceptional. Was expecting much better food while visiting Vegas, all those restaurants were bland and over hyped. This was one of two restaurants on our trip that met or exceeded expectations. Brilliant!

Ate dinner here tonight the pulled chicken burrito wasn’t that good. The beans and rice are delicious I’d recommend just ordering a burrito with the beans and rice. The chicken wasn’t good enough to add. The burrito wrap itself didn’t have that fresh taste you’d expect. Chips and salsa was excellent. Good but not great wouldn’t recommend.

The first night we came we were seated with Raul and he gave us tremendous service. He was very personable, fun spirited and helped us pick what drinks and meals were the best. We loved the atmosphere, the food and Raul so much that we came back the next night and requested him as our waiter!If you're looking for something light the chicken taquitos are delicious! The shrimp quesadilla is phenomenal as well.Thank you to Raul for giving us the best experience!

Great place to eat staff is so friendly they go above and beyond they are my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and they’re food is so delicious and the desserts are
First time here and boy what a disappointment!Food was horrible. Ordered a shredded chicken burrito, it arrived swimming! Clearly it wasn't fresh as it came fully covered in salsa verde that looked like puke... Inside it was watery as f. Sent it back and ordered some nachos which also came dunked in heated sour cream. Service was ok but I wouldn't go back.

Went to the Diablo at the Luxor the girl at the hostess station with the glasses was very rude and the Customer service was so bad thst she kept putting us off !! I’ve been here before three years ago and never had this problem ! Her excuse was no servicer where not around !! This was no excuse the restaurant was empty yet we had to wait !! So we found hussongs in the way to mandala bay and the service was excellent!!! Sorry Diablo but you need to check your help ! I travel and go to different restaurants and yours just failed on customer service with attitude!!!

The reason of this rating will be as we never got the chance to eat there as your waiting staff could not be interested to give any options but a timing to wait at the door, we would have waited but after seen her not even trying to engage conversation when is your main host, it could be unfair to rate the whole restaurant by one person but if the host is like this imagine the rest, sad that I could not treat my wife as I had some vouchers, may be that’s why I was treated like that and she was so un attentive, defo your staff makes the difference not only food but the experience that’s what us guests come here for, she needs a new job

Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner and were very disappointed with our meal, we got the carnitas tacos plate and the chicken quesadilla and both were bland with no toppings or sauces on the side, both came with rice and beans which tasted like they were from a can and the rice looked just like the boxed rice a roni at the store.

Accidently ran across this fun cantina on our Big Red Bus tours while in Las Vegas!! Our server Waun, was warm and welcoming and alot of fun! We did order the chicken nachos, though tasty, the presentation was less desirable as it was all stuffed in a small bowl and hard to eat. We did order Margaritas which I thought were very good but because the nachos didn't come out quite the way we expected the manager Kevin stepped in and was more than gracious to remake them on a plated platter which was easier to share. Very tasty queso ..Out of his graciousness he wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time there... he gave us complimentary cucumber Margarita to taste test, which were the most outstanding freshest tasting drink ..would 100% recommend that drink. Smooth and fresh!! We were celebrating a birthday and we got to try the chocolate churros!! Outstanding!! But I think what made our whole experience was our server Waun and the manager Kevin he is a hoot. Very witty very personable, down to earth guy!! He brought us to belly laughs ..he really needs his own show in Vegas. You could see him going from table to table making sure all his guests were taken care of and everybody was laughing and having a good time, he seems to care about his patrons it's a very cool atmosphere as it's open and Airy within the Luxor and the murals on the walls are beautiful. It was supposed to be a quick stop but we had so much fun we were there for a an hour and a half.. all the food that was coming out looked amazing unfortunately I did not try any of the main dishes. I would definitely go back.We asked Kevin to join us for a quick pic before we left!!

I was so disappointed this time at Diablo’s. My son and I took a seat at the bar. 10 mins goes by, then a bartender literally THREW 2 menus in front of us without even looking our way.I am a former bartender and I probably would have been fired for that back in the day. We kept smiling at all 3 bartenders to see if someone would acknowledge us. Two other customers sat down and were greeted and served immediately. Still nothing for us. Too bad, they missed out on serving a very generous tipper. Please do better, smile and at least say I will be right with you. I won’t be back.

Went on a Monday for lunch, the service was attentive, the drinks were great (and strong) the food was very flavorful & came out fairly quickly. We had asked for no onions on one of the dishes and as they brought it out, they realized the mistake before putting it on the table & quickly fixed it. For being a random restaurant in the middle of luxor if you want something close to authentic latino food that taste GOOD with great service, come here. This was one of the much better restaurants on the tourist side of Las Vegas. I Recommend ⭐️
