these place is a joke!!! my son order food 2 days ago and got charged 3x and food was not delivered. We tried to resolve it for 2 days now and the manager got on the phone and said don't call back here and hung up...see if you get your money and I'm down personally to introduce myself.

I order two meals and a slice of pecan pie. The food was good but the pie was missing. I called the store and asked for a refund. They gave me a number and asked me to call Jay. I called this number and reached a voicemail. Since when does a store not refund your money and give you a number to call? I will take that $4.50 loss and never order from this restaurant again.

Really bbq doesn't need bbq sauce. Trying this was a dry, hard. Sloppy performance for a brisket. I felt like I was eatting jerky. I really thought this was gonna be different. The only good was the hot sauce. Mac and cheese was over priced for only 4 bites.

The worst bbq I’ve ever had, brisket was in edible, a knife couldn’t cut thru the rubber fat of the brisket. Ordered Dino nuggets for the kids and got hard rocks of chicken instead. Pecan pie was the only good thing here and they give you a roku remote size slice. Bbq fries tasted completely burnt. Ribs was like eating beef jerky!!! Luckily I got my money back but do yourself a favor an eat anywhere else! Insane how this place is even open

Ordered half rack of ribs, when delivered was refrigerator cold and extremely tough meat. The pie Ha.. ordered piece of pecan pie. I Received a piece of pie, that was only one and a half.inches wide at the widest point, and was less than six inches long. It was about 1/4 of a normal piece of pie. Pic is piece of the pie received, it is next to s single coffee tea bag for size comparison. I did contact them about the pie and was told they don't handle quality issues of that type.

Easily the worst bbq I've ever had. Ordered the 3 meats and the brisket was terrible and nothing but fat. The ribs were dry as hell. Probably was cooked last week. The sausage was mushy. Only thing that was half way decent were the green beans. Waste of money. I threw out the entire thing. Wouldn't have fed that to my dog smh!!!
