First— NO not a marijuana dispensary.

I’ve left quite a few reviews for restaurants. I would have to say that this is an absolute hidden gem in Las Vegas and a must try. Like the saying goes never judge a book by its cover. doesn’t have any kind of flashy entrance, but the food is fantastic. They don’t use frozen meat and they use ground chuck not ground beef. And when they say half a pound, it is half a pound. There is a full bar with some table top slot machines they have jazz bands come in every Thursday.
Special to know about Wednesday and Friday is $4.90 house burger (1/2 lb) also do wings by pound or two pounds. Images of menu included

Never been here before but what a cozy fine place great bloody Marys our bartender she was awesome and so was our server. Everybody says best burger in Vegas well they backed it up big time

Walking into this historic and welcoming bar with tons of history in Las Vegas, I have endured the best service, food, and drinks! I am a local. I am not a tourist that just stumbled upon this place. Even the tourist keep coming back! The dispensary lounge consistently provides The cleanest and welcoming environment. As soon as you’re seated in the nostalgic booth, the bartender, Dan or CARL will come over and take care of you immediately. Besides the good tasty drinks at a very reasonable price, the showcase is the burgers! Many people on Several Las Vegas food pages on social media., Have literally said “best burgers in La Las Vegas!” I don’t claim to be a burger expert, but I will undeniably agree that these are the very best burgers in Las Vegas! There are different variance of burgers offered on the menu and Dan or CARL will produce a masterpiece! Literally! Presentation is always paramount when they bring it to your table. They will present you with a copious amount of condiments! The actual burgers themselves have a very unique flavor. There are so many seasonings in their burger that I cannot pinpoint even one specific flavor. The creation that they have come up with in that kitchen should be regarded as a secret forever. It deserves the title of “best burgers in Las Vegas!” Every time, friends and family come to town, literally this is the first place they want to go to before enjoying the rest of their vacation while here. Many times they want to come back here to wrap up their vacation. There’s a reason why people keep coming back. Thank you to the dispensary lounge for staying consistent and classy, yet keeping the old vibe going!

It’s disappointing how blatantly false the owner’s recent reply was. We each had one drink and didn’t gamble at all. Rather than addressing the concerns I raised, he chose to make defamatory and completely inaccurate claims. That kind of response shows a troubling lack of accountability and a willingness to mislead others instead of resolving real issues pertaining to our dirty dining experience.

We were there for no more than 50 minutes before we had to leave due to the overwhelming musty odor inside — certainly not an atmosphere where anyone would “let loose,” as the owner bizarrely suggested. His response not only misrepresented what happened but also raised questions about how he handles criticism in general. If he fabricated this response so easily, it makes me wonder how many other negative reviews he’s tried to discredit with falsehoods. It’s lazy, unprofessional, and frankly, concerning.

My wife couldn’t stand sitting in there for too long before we had to leave. Truly disgusting place, I’m sorry. Smells like something foul and there’s something foul in all over the floors inside— super dirty. Saw the bartender wipe his nose several times then proceed to make drinks for other people. On top of the owner who made such egregiously false, slanderous and libellous statements about my wife and I. It’s just sad.

my kinda spot! had already eaten so didn't get to try the food but heard the burger is good. friendly and quick staff. got some poker machine time in with a couple of quick drinks before our flight.

Ok Las Vegas, eat your heart out. While on my honeymoon vacation, googled jazz near me. Google said I couldn’t go wrong with The Dispensary Lounge and as usual google was right. Great atmosphere, great food, fun and happy waitresses and of course shared it with my beautiful wife. Google has not let me down yet. Loved this place!!!!

Vegas is a different land . Please do not attend if you are not about that life. I got humbled quickly. Sleepy at 2 pm with 8 more stops to go is truly insane.
