We like this Distill a good bit. The food is great as is the atmosphere, and not overly busy at the time we seem visit. It’s very nice that we can enjoy the day and food without being smoked out… They’ve got a decent filtration system it would seem!! Ahh, the little things which are so important, where as the Devil is in the details, in of success…

This place was incredible! Our server Miss K was awesome and took our order quickly. Our beverages were kept full and she suggested the blackened chicken sandwihs because it had Cajun seasoning and it was great. My boyfriend and his Mama were there with me and they had the Philly cheesecake sandwich which they were happy with. The bathrooms were clean and the bar was clean and sleek. Very styling with several tvs to watch the game ams a nice size pool table gor playing. We had a terrific time. Thank you for the great service.

A staff member called someone asking if they could permit my certified service dog and they were told no. They asked personal questions about what type of service he provides which is completely against the law and breaches hippa regulations. We are in town for only one night and were referred here by our friend who is local. After we told him what happened, he said will no longer be giving them any business. Truly disappointing for a place that was so well recommended

The bartender had a very poor attitude toward customers , he didn’t pay attention and was quite rude. We understand it can get busy, but in hospitality, maintaining a positive attitude is key. Unfortunately, his behavior really affected the overall experience.

Came here for New Year’s Eve, loved the atmosphere, great music, quick service! Also… Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls were AMAZING!! Definitely recommend them!

I have been a consistent and loyal customer to all distill establishments for 4 consecutive years... Today was the day that changed my entire perception, attitude and interest in this company. I walked in, 2 min after being there a gentleman advised he'd get my order. I waited an additional 13 min as I watched him serve others and there were 3 other workers who kept looking at me and never acknowledged me, never asked if I've been assisted, never uttered a word just kept looking at me, turning away and assisting others. I waited so pleasantly and patiently as I watched the Penn State/Boise game, and listened to the music the DJ was playing. I listened to 4-5 songs before I finally got fed up with being overlooked and I told one of who I thought was the bar tender that their staff is so rude and their service is terrible she begins to get loud and defensive causing me to get even more upset, irritated and loud I then asked for her mgr she said she was the mgr I said well I want your mgr because you are horrible and rude af! She continued to go back n forth with me and finally went to check on my food and didn't have the balls to come back out to bring my food to me. Thankfully enough she didn't because at that point I was furious!!!!! I need someone to watch these cameras and see how awful of a staff you have!!!! I will be escalating this situation!!!! You need to retrain your leadership and staff

From Ohio, stopped in for some game playing, 12/23 ,ordered food. PAID THE CHECK! Realized as we were leaving, and in car , in parking lot, that she DIDNT GIVE US the card back. Went back in, COURTNEY, said she didnt have it(we noticed she didnt even look) we kept looking for it, purses, pockets, car…went back in, ASKED HER AGAIN, she said she didnt have it. Repeated this process 1 more time, she said AGAIN, she didnt have it, said to us we better cancel card. Spent 2 hours online cancelling card. My son stopped in to cash a voucher, TODAY, 3 days later, happened to ask for the card …..The guy behind the bar, took one look by register, which is what COURTNEY DIDNT DO, and there it was, BUT card was cancelled and i am NOW screwed because i have to wait for a new card. My son lives here and frequents Distill, well not anymore, u lost a few customers, thanks for putting a damper on my vacation!
