Came 15 minutes after opening and no beignets. How do you not have your signature item when you open? Also the menu on the website is not updated so don't go in hoping everything will be available.

The beignets were really good! The rest of the food was good. I don’t think the food was worth the wait. I personally think the turkey sausage had too much pepper and the gravy didn’t have enough flavor. The biscuits were very crumbly, however it did have decent flavor. For the price you pay, I don’t think it was worth it. There is very limited seating.

Was picking up an to go order before heading to the airport, 2 coffees and two sandwiches at 8:30 am 11/6 , room 3114, got the coffee but sandwiches never came, after 20 minutes inquired about my order to be told that they don’t have such order, had to leave without ability to get a refund because of possibility to be late on a plane.

Pretty disappointed. The name is District Donuts but they only had about 5 or 6 donuts available. The ones I tried tasted more like thick bread with toppings — not real donuts. I also tried to order beignets, but they were already out at 2 PM — on a Friday, even! The guy at the register was really slow too. Do not recommend.

We were staying at The Cosmopolitan and I would rather not keep getting to our car to drive to different places, so I've tried as many places as I could on the second floor of our hotel.
It's difficult to find vegetarian/ halal options, but thankfully, donuts (for the most part) are vegetarian friendly. I've got the biscuits and they are great with butter and jam. I just request the sandwich without the meat and it's delicious and filling.
I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with any of the donuts, although I will say that I lean more towards the cinnamon rolls- the creme brulee one cinnamon roll is great. Their coffee is fantastic any time of day. The vietnamese coffee is my favorite.
Why was the water $6 oh man

The donuts were so delicious that I went back just 3 hours before my flight home. An unexpected issue came up, but a gentleman in a gray suit kindly helped me solve it, and I was truly touched. His kindness became the best memory I have of Las Vegas. I’m so grateful, and when I come back next year, I’d love to say hello in person. I regret not asking for his name😭 if you see this, please leave your name! Thank you very much🙏

Came 2x in a row and got some bomb coffees. Their Vietnamese nitro cold brew is creamy & balanced. Way better than having to get Starbucks every morning! The staff are also very kind

Easily the most affordable breakfast nearby. Service is very efficient. We had the breakfast burrito which was excellent. The beignets were some of my favorite. You get 3. Original is the way to go. Orange juice and coffee were great as well. Limited seating so expect to carry food back to larger seating areas on the same floor or your room. We will be back.

Coffee was great service was good but the breakfast burrito was trash, meat was not chewable very fatty and none of the components paired well with each other IMO.

Tasty Breakfast Finds & Friendly Vibes at District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.
Stopped in for breakfast and it definitely hit the spot! The menu has a fun variety of options; we tried the Monte Cristo and the Hot Chicken & Honey Butter Biscuit, and both were seriously good. Portion sizes were generous and flavors were spot on.
I ordered a hot black tea and an iced vanilla latte during our morning visit, and both drinks were solid. Great quality, not overly sweet, and really hit the mark first thing in the morning.
Service was quick, and the staff was welcoming and happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. The vibe in the place is cozy and upbeat—perfect for a casual bite to start your day.
Worth checking out if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast in the area. Would definitely return to try more of the menu next time!

Rough espresso. The crema and latte art was very deceiving in photos. Looks good, tastes burnt. Why the darkest / cheapest roast?? Donut was safe, they warmed up which was appreciated.

Latte was hit or miss unfortunately. First one was great, they have great house made syrups it seems. However the next several days we tried the lattes they were luke warm at best…
