This place is way overpriced for an average food, $60 for lobster fried rice and $75 for lobster pho to name a few. Not interested in coming back.

Worst pho I've had in 40 years of eating pho. Chunky, chewy chicken. Wrong noodles completely and spars "fixings ". Plenty of other places to go.

On December 26.2024. At 3 pm I have lunch with my wife and two kids. And I ordered lobster fry rice and oxtail beef fry rice. After I eat and I have food poison ☠️. I throw up 🤮 and diarrhea all night and all day long. I almost call 911 to take me to hospital. But I try to take some Imodium and pep tools. I don’t go to emergency because I from Arizona. I’m on vacation. Do I need to sue them? When they bring out the food I can tell they use the dirty oil or the old oils to frying the food. Please give me a advise what I need to do with them.

Portions here are huge! We got the massive bone-in bowl of marrow and ribs - it's HUGE and great to share for 2-3 people. Order a side of just noodles/soup to share. Their vermicelli noodles bowls are good here too. Price is a TAD steep but you're in Vegas/a tourist area so don't expect cheap eats.

Came here for the first time customer service was horrible. Food was decent. But the customer service was just so horrible. The waitresses looked like they didn’t wanna be there not once Did they come check on us every time we would call them they would roll their eyes. The vibe was just horrible and it was not a busy night. The waitresses were on their phones the whole time giggling about something they were watching. Not the best experience and not to mention it was very overly priced.

Food and service were mediocre. Prices are insane especially for the type of food and location. Prices are higher here than in CA, which is absurd considering CA has a higher cost of living compared to Vegas.
Rice from several rice plates was hard to bite into. Pho could be better. They skimp out on meat quantity. They did not provide my side of the table with bean sprouts, limes, etc for my pho.
FYI, 20% gratuity is automatically applied to large parties. Had to pay that much in gratuity for iffy service.

This was our 1st time coming here, food was good, price was fair, now I DO NOT MIND TIPPING AT ALL, But for the service charge they applied , I would have expected a way better experience with their staff, the 2 males that also served us were not too much of an issue as they tried but the girl that was taking our order had such a poor attitude, her whole face could tell you she hated being there taking your order, not a single “you’re welcome” when we thanked her (yes we stayed kind) , it took her a long time to come and check to see if we needed refills or anything else (BTW IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL) when we decided to get her attention she rolled her eyes as if it was such an inconvenience, she was just standing around and too busy watching something on the phone with another waitress (that girl she was with was not a waitress at our table) I’m all about how you treat others , even if the food is crappy , it really comes down to costumer service and this girl really dislikes being there or only chooses who to be kind with.
So my tip to them is to hire staff that are actually kind and courteous.

This place used to be great, but now it is terrible. I think it is new management or owners. Just sad.

We had a dinner reservation tonight and drove 40 mins to District One only to find out from a sign on the door that they'd closed at 3pm because they ran out of food. No text or call to notify us and nothing posted on their social media accounts. I understand things happen and sometimes restaurants have to close early, but not giving up-coming reservation holders a heads up is super shitty!
District One was celebrating their 10 year anniversary. We waited almost 2 hours and people who lied about having a reservation got seated before us. Poorly organized, understaffed, and they did not prepare well for this day. Unfortunately I will not return or never go as this place as it put a bad taste in my mouth.
