But at Dominique Ansel’s spot, I found something closer to the ideal Vegas morning: one good coffee, one perfect pastry. The staff are absolute gems, especially the manager Michael who treated us so incredibly beyond anything we could ever imagine, management clearly leads with heart and pride.
