Domino's Pizza

Placed an order for 5 pizzas, 24 wings, and 8 boneless wings at 6:57pm. I live less than 5 blocks away and the the tracker showed the driver leaving Dominos at 8:03pm only to receive the food around 8:28pm with all of the food being freezing cold, and only receiving 16 wings. Spoke with the manager "Angelica" and she stated the food was cold due to the driver having multiple orders prior to my order😕🙄. So basically the driver delivered orders further in distance for 25mins before delivering my order that was less than 5 mins away.This location needs retraining on customer service as well as time management and quality control. The location is 2520 S Maryland Pkwy.

Horrible horrible service I order hot wings all my wings did not have sauce on them stop talking back and the dude who served me started talking mess I would not recommend them to my enemy if I had any

Walked in and was greeted. "Be right with you,"....
Stood at the front waiting to be helped while staff was in the back and one girl was up front doing everything. Asked for parmesan cheese after completing purchase and was told they don't do cheese anymore. (Two weeks ago)

Time to find a pizza place that still serves cheese packets I guess.

Ordered online. Have ordered from this location multiple times. Ordered a medium pizza (good, no problem) and a pull apart stuffed garlic bread. Garlic bread had one piece of pepperoni on top, ZERO pepperoni inside. Also no marinara dipping sauce, though I ordered two. Called and spoke to manager, was immediately confronted with “there’s no way we would have done that”. The lady manager refused to even consider that I might have a legitimate complaint. So from now on, I’ll use Poppa John’s or Albo Pizza on the strip.
My money has legs.

8/10 times there’s something wrong with my order. They should double check the items before delivering them

Double time quoted for delivery by the time I called to check on it. Staff was no help and my time kept getting pushed back. This location is closest to where I work and not the location I normally use. Will not be using it again.

i ordered curbside waiting for 10 min out side thin i went inside she said pickup i told her i was out side waiting.. she didn't answer me she just gave me the pizza and walk a way today 2:06 pm 02/05/2025

Never received pizzas. Currently spending day trying to get refunded. On my 4th call.

Wow. There’s bad customer service and then there’s this dominos.

This place is ridiculous. We ordered food at 6:20 pm, said it would take 36 minutes and we live right down the street from this location. We finally got it at 7:45 & all of the food was cold.

The driver was in our neighborhood delivering to another house and then just whizzed past our house, I think he forgot about our order. He finally came back 15 minutes later and my husband had to go find him in our neighborhood.

They got my order wrong two times the employees were so rude they kept hanging up in my face I’ll definitely be calling corporate in the morning I have 4 pizzas and threw them all in the trash

BEWARE!

They will say it is a corporate policy that they do not accept $50 bills but this is in FACT FALSE! We actually contacted dominos corporate and they said that the $50 should NOT have been denied for delivery for what the cost was. So make sure if your total is $50 that you do all $1's because they'll accept the most easily counterfeit bill but not a $50 bill.

Corporate ended up giving us future free pizzas for this mishap. Maybe train your employees to spot fake bills. It's the simplest thing they'll probably learn. It's easy to catch a fake.

I think this places employees have been smoking to much weed from next door. Didnt get my order right and was way late on delivery. I dont recommend this place to anyone that wants pizza. Besides it was way to much for pizza that didnt taste that great. Unless my dogs count as they loved it.

So instead of telling me that my order wasn't gonna arrive. They decided not to call me at all. I called them, and they put me on hold instantly. The douchebag that finally answered said there were no drivers working today. Then, he gave me an attitude for canceling my order.
