Ordered two pizzas waited an hr for delivery delivered wrong pizzas, called waited on hold 45 mins drove to the location still on hold told the girl just hung up the phone. Only one driver bunch of garbage

Bro who ate half my pizza tho?? Like actually never un my 19 years of life LMAO... I will be calling the bank on Friday to retract this purchase. And #2, how am I paying for delivery and still have to go pickup my order. I got kids that I had to leave unattended to go meet the girl delivering.

It's really funny! Every time you call you get a completely different attitude from the phone guy like this dude I had just now don't know what his name is but he sounded like a Hymie. You can hear when he was talking to me he was rolling his eyes. Then I asked him are you rolling your eyes at me, and he said I can do whatever I want. So yeah the customer service in this place is really starting to go downhill.

On 10/29 pretty much which is today. Once again got a bad attitude when she didn't know the specials. Ask to speak to a manager she copped an attitude. I'm over this place. I have been ordering from them 15 years when I moved in. I will never order from them ever again. They are horrible customer service is atrocious and good luck

Worst experience with any business that I have ever dealt with. Whoever was working yesterday at 7pm NEEDS FIRED IMMEDIATELY! The most unprofessional miserable employee who does give a crap about their job, hangs up and belittles their customers. Simply placed an order and never received it, treated me like garbage when I tried calling to follow up on our order. It says the calls were recorded for quality and training purposes, i hope someone pulls those calls

I just knew I was gonna give a 1 star review, because why would they give my pizza away to a stranger causing me to wait for them to prepare a whole new pie… BUT the way that PIZZA HIT, they’re getting all 5 of their stars! Well deserved! If you’re looking for a new recipe, give my creation a try! It’s a 14in hand tossed pizza with garlic butter on the crust, Alfredo substitute the tomato sauce and add chicken, bacon, sausage, and Philly cheese steak…. Finish the pie off with jalapeños for just the right amount of kick! Tasted like Italy! I might reorder tomorrow! They have a 9.99 (10.84 after taxes) special currently going on 😋

I’ve never had any problems with this location, all the delivery drivers have always been kind. My go to pizza place :D

Store has gotten so much better lately but one driver Erick is rude but management was very sincere and apologized for his behavior and offered a credit for the inconvenience

Ordered 2 pizzas, one had almost no sauce so I called and requested a remake. Took an hour for new pizza to arrive and new pizza also had no sauce on it. Don't understand how difficult it is to put sauce on a pizza

Erik was very rude and decided to hang up in my face when I tried to explain to him that the delivery address was similar to the stores address and that there may have been a mistake. Instead of being helpful he decided to hang up in my face smh poor service

Im standing here at this location after having placed an online order only to find the doors are locked and the employee inside is RAGING and throwing the doors and slamming stuff around. 06/29/25 around 1:50 am.
