I was very disappointed with your service order my pizza on Saturday at 9:45 didn't receive it until 11:25 p.m. the driver got lost the store called me to tell me that he was outside I kept trying to explain to them they were in the wrong mobile home park the lady kept yelling at me telling me they were outside I kept telling her no they weren't finally she hung up on me and then the driver didn't show up until 11:25 to deliver my pizza by that time my pizza was cold and I was very disappointed this happens every time with these people on the graveyard shift I'm getting really tired of this no apologies no nothing thanks for listening I'm really down and if I'm going to order from you guys ever again

I ordered a large pizza and two sides of chicken wings one bbq the other garlic Parmesan but I was given instead of garlic Parmesan I received a plain order of chicken wings, I called and left me on hold for over 10 minutes, called again and they said they’ll get the order right, to wait for them and they’ll take the ones that are plain, well it’s been 2 hours and they never came.
I was a very loyal customer but, now I’ll be ordering at other places.
It’s the worst customer service I dealt with!!!

My Wife Ordered . It said ready on her phone 10 min later. The girl who had just walked in, told me another 4 min. I WAITED 15. Then she said they hadn't made it yet, it would be another 10 min and wouldn't offer a discount for having me wait for 30 min with no customers ahead of me. She said her name was Stephanie. But she didn't seem like an honest person with all her attitude. And she cussed at me when walking g out the door. IVE BEEN LIVING OFF THIS CORNER FOR YEARS. NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS.

I ordered 3 pizza 2 toppings on the 6th of October. I have verified proof that the pizzas were not done right and were made without sauce. I tried to contact them that night but I was told that NO MANAGER was in. I couldn't call until October 9th because I had a hospital procedure done on October 7th. When I called to talk to the manager she was strongly rude and didn't care. I also was on hold for 20 minutes on October 9th due to the fact that I was not told that they were doing school orders when I made this complaint as well so Domino's employees could say how long the hold could be and why. The manager was accusing me that I was ordering for a school I told her no I'm a regular customer and she asked about the order I made on the 6th and she said it doesn't matter.

The worst domino's to exist on this planet. The STAFF messed-up my order then YELLED at me when I called to tell them their mistakes after being on hold for over 30mins. Then they offered me a new free pizza for the the next day because THEY SCREWED UP. But when the delivery guy (old horrible white man) came he asked if I still had the over a day old pizza (why would I still have it almost two days later?) And when I told him I didn't, he rolled his eyes and snatched the pizza that the MANAGER PROMISED me. Horrible experience won't be ordering from any domino's ever again. JUST HORRIBLE.

BTW the manager told me to eat that pizza because they were closing when I called to tell them because they couldnt replaced it at that time but it was disgusting so I could not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order online. I was tracking the progress. It’s says Ready!! Walk in the store to pick up my order(there’s no other customers there). I see my order ready. There’s 3 workers in the front. No one greets me or anything. Just looks my way and keeps it moving. I’m standing there with my daughter 15-20 minutes waiting to see if they’re going to acknowledge me. Until finally walked out. Leaving behind a $40 order. If you don’t value me I won’t spend my hard earned money at your business. PERIOT!!! Their customer service needs serious IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!!
