My Mom live 2.0 miles away from this store location. They refuse to deliver her a pizza. They told her to use another store that is in her delivery area. I can’t for the life of me understand that 2.0 miles is out of the way to deliver a pizza to a woman who has mobility issues and can’t drive well. Thank you for your compassion Domino Pizza!!!!

Tried to get delivery from the app which I recently re-downloaded and used once (this was the second time). Store called to cancel my order after it showed made. They said they "looked up my address and you're clear across town" so they couldn't deliver. Looked up the location based off the number... it's 5 miles away, a 16 minute drive. So I'm once again done with domino's.

when you’re ordering online, you should be able to call & change one thing on the order that you’ve paid for. It shouldn’t be boxed up while it still says preparing rude never ordering from here again.

Ordered via the app today. Waited 31 minutes as specified as the wait time. I walk in 40 min after I placed the order and asked for it. They said they are behind and short staffed and would be an extra 25 minutes before my order would be ready.
I guess they are becoming crappy like many other locations. Disappointed fore sure.
Order then add an extra half an hour before you see your stuff.

Ordered delivery, driver was like something out of the walking dead. No personality, no smile, nothing. Tipped him WAY too much, but my son paid. Open one box of pizza, not even cut, wrong crust, 3 slices had no cheese whatsoever, 1 had absolutely NOTHING on it. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible pizza !!! So dominoes been advertising how they’ve changed pizza,got taste testers,etc.So put out some special offers.I ordered New York style pizza (they make it sound and look good) with 3 toppings special for 11 bucks.I pick up as 2 blocks away.I walk in and 2 young guys there.I mention how dominoes pumping up how good pizza is,and if it’s good I’ll be back,if not never again.On way out 1 guy mentioned pizza probably not good as not made by those two?The other guy quietly tells him to shhh ,stop him from talking.So I get home ,pizza toppings are very short (papa John’s does same especially when it’s a “special “),try pizza and cardboard taste ? with very few pepperoni,sausage and green peppers.Way short toppings,pizza garbage and young clowns working there everything a joke I haven’t eaten dominoes in 5-10 years and never will again Sal’s Pizza on pecos New York pizza on eastern and Saint rose south about a block of Saint rose are both great options here in Henderson area Don’t wast money on garbage dominoes and punk service,

Wow! It’s Friday night and I just had the fastest delivery ever, the food was hot and delicious! The pizza even looked picture perfect but we have two growing kids here so it didn’t last long enough to say CHEESE! shout out to the cooks, the driver, and everyone who does their part at that location to provide a quality experience.

I asked for a special pizza which was just extra red sauce. They could not deliver that so I went to the store and they were sharing peoples credit card numbers and the back three on the card and laughing about it. Don’t get your pizza from here.
We did curbside pick up. The pizza was made fresh and it was hot when we picked it up. The price is good for how much food you get compared to other places. Def will order again.

Driver forgets our pizza in the backseat and goes all the way back to the restaurant and the manager on duty shrugs his shoulders and says "sorry I'll just void the transaction". Horrible managerial skills. Meanwhile, my family is hungry and waiting over an hour for a meal that never came. And now, after lookin at the recent reviews, yall really suck at this. The only reason why I rated 4 stars is because yesterday I ordered bread bites using my points a little bit after 10 am and they cancelled my order, stating that they're only doing school orders until 11 am. On top of that, I haven't gotten my points back. I definitely need those 20 points back.
